Ms. Eidam is extremely helpful and kind and she goes to every measure possible to make sure you understand. Unfortunately, she doesn't normally teach AP/honors level students, so she can't have difficult, analytical content without her students failing. That's probably why she wasn't given the AP Psych job. The department never sees her teach at a higher level because she can't demonstrate those skills because her typical student can't handle lessons of that difficulty. She deserves it though.
Eidam could be a better teacher, but lacks the discipline that is needed in a classroom. For psychology, she knows what she's talking about, but in sociology, she had to follow the book. Her tests are easy as long as you pay attention, and she is actually a nice person. However, she needs to be more strict on her students if she wants them to take the class seriously.
Very unprofessional, tells her class about way too many of her work/home-related problems.
