Good teacher. I never had any questions unanswered in his class!
I was supposed to have Mr. Wyckoff this year for algebra. My mother made sure that I switched out because previously my brother had him and failed the class. He had to retake the class with a different teacher and then got an A-. Mr. Wyckoff is unhelpful and doesn't know how to teach high schoolers who might struggle with math.
Coaching is more important to him than teaching. My 2 other children will not have him. Good math teachers in Zeeland are few, great ones almost non-existant.
He's terrible at both teaching and coaching as far as baseball as concerned, we almost (and should have) walked out on him last year. He receives no respect from anyone.
mr wyckoff might be my favorite/best/most interesting math teacher of all time
Needs to stop clearing his throat and yelling at people when they sneeze because sneezing is natural
He seems to understand math in his head, he sometimes has problems explaining it. Just not much of a motivational speaker and has trouble with words.
Not a good or cool teacher. Sometimes he needs other, cooler people to figure out some of the questions.
Doesn't do much teaching. Tries to answer questions for too long.
He is a horrible teacher and I get more confused when I go in to get help from him for homework, I think he makes everything more confusing then necessary.
knows basketball and math but can only teach about basketball
This guy sits around all day playing solitare on the computer. As far as teaching goes he is absolutely worthless. A german shepard could teach me more about the pythagoreom theorem than he could. I have yet to see him help a student in need of guidance.
Not only is the book a better teacher, it also has a better personality.
Spent the whole class time working on his sports stuff, never on math
