i really didn't like this woman. thinks she knows everything about art, and like others have said, plays favorites in a BIG way. if you go an inch out of her comfort zone artistically, you're branded for the rest of the year. --lana
ok first day of school she taught us how to sharpen a pencil?
she's a good artist, and if you get to know her, she's nice. if you're discouraged after Art II, you might find in Art III, IV, and AP that she's actually a nice lady. i'm not sure why; maybe she wants to filter out the people who aren't very serious about art-- just a guess.
she's really nice and funny, but she plays favorites HORRIBLY! luckily i'm one of the few she treasures, but if you're a boy, do your best to stay on her good side or you're toast.
Nice lady, bubbly personality, but makes you grade your own work. Grade higher than what you think its worth cause if you grade lower, she won't make the grade higher.
yeah im in honors art and im not taking it next year beacause she doesnt help enough and critisizes EVERYTHING you do or say.. if your not on her food side .. be ware
You just have to get to know her. I enjoyed her class immensely but I think that was because she liked me. However, if you get on her bad side.. watch out.
i know 2 different kids in honors art classes who are not going to continue taking art in highschool because they do not like her class (her).
