I love mrs sokoloff. She's actually really funny and cool. She's passionate about the class and once you get past her odd rules, you'll grow to love her!
I will admit, i hated her at first. I assumed that because she was super strict, she had a mean personality and bad teaching style. But, I was definately wrong! Looking back, I can see that I really, truly learned in her class. She has a great, clear, and straightforward teaching style, and as long as you put forth your best effort in her class, you will get a lot out of it. She is also very nice if you follow the (strict) rules, and do everything you are supposed to do.
Profe Sokoloff is the best Spanish teacher at BHS! She's strict, but a fantastic teacher and fantastical outfits. Watch out for spirit week, she goes all out.
Don't: chew gum, skip class, text, use s
very strict with rules, takes no bs at all, can be fun if your good in her class. but she did say NO SPANGLISH but speaks it very often
She loves Spanish and although she can be challenging, she'll teach you a lot. She loves to teach you about culture, which is different.
Challenging, but fun. She will teach you to be fluent in Spanish, especially if you get her for more than one year. Don't drop out because it's too hard. Tough it out and get something out of it.
shes very funny and teaches spanish very well.....but do not check gum in her class, participate a lot, don't use spaglish, don't wear hats, listen to her the first time she speaks, and kapp a smile on your face.
Never date the one boy in the class that she favors. She gets jealous and won't call on you, making your participation grade plummet.
She was pretty tough, very strict, not leanient at all. Plays favorites, b prepared to participate A LOT!
she is a very evil teacher. not willing to help at all. can never ask a simple question. She will never quit talking about her "Senorita" in mexico.
Hard teacher, but willing to help if you need it, you just have to ask and stay after school.
She is an excellent teacher, but don't get on her bad side.
Do the work and you'll get a good grade. I learned a lot from her in 2 years -- enough to get me into 200-level first year of college.
I had trouble, instead of encouraging me & trying to help she only failed me. I was a good student & I still love Spanish to this day because of other teachers
very good spanish teacher and even though she seemed mean she really is a lot friendlier than some spanish teachers
You can't get an easy A, but looking back, I learned more from her than I do from my college teacher now.
super cool once u get to know her and she is a great spanish teacher
She picked favorites, and liked boys better. Very strict, and unhelpful! Learn much...good luck with the grade!
