she is a TERIBAL TEACHER my dauter had her as a sub for one entire quarter. for the other three quartrs that she wasnt a sub my dauter had a's and high b's, for the one quarter she was the sub my dauter had low b's and c's. also the ms. starr talked the entire time about things that were unrelated. even the teacher that she subed for said she wasnt a good sub and she apologizes.
