Should not be a coach or teacher. Has failed to see the great opportunity to 'teach' young minds what iit is to 'be your best self.'. Has not exhibited the capacity to teach, to relate, and capture the interest of his students and subsequently has faiiled to perform the basic duty of of a teacher...year after year.
