I hated mr. E, he always had a grudge on me. He acted like I was some burden for asking questions. He flirts with girls and hates on hard-workers. I didn't screw around in his class, but he got pissed when I asked for help. He's lied to me on numerous occasions. He only cared about such materialistic things so I'm glad Tecmire came. Mr. E never believed in me.
I want to thank Mr.E for always believing in me.
mr. e was one of the most amazing teachers at the ia and we all loved his hilarious sense of humor and easygoing nature. his class was always the highlight of my a days in freshmen year, and most everyone is sad that he's left. but we will always remember mr. e, as the class of 2017, the last freshmen year to have him as a wonderful teacher. MR. E FOREVERRRRR
Mr. E is the funniest and most relate-able guy at the IA. He's jokes around yet class is understandable. Tests are very difficult and it's not because he's a bad teacher (He knows what he's talking about), but the wording on the tests can trip one up
He's one of the coolest teachers i met at IA. He's the type of guy you can come into class randomly to talk or joke around with. He makes learning econ a fun experience in his class. He always has interesting stories to tell you in class. He has one for everyday. Despite what some would call a "distraction", he still gets the job done very well. If you are very serious about economics and want to learn more about it, he offers opportunities such as Euro challenge. He's always theretohelp
All he does is talk about random crap during class until there is 5 minutes remaining, then talks about economics... He also gives extremely hard quizzes/tests. Bad teacher overall.
This d-nig only cares about himself. He doesn't teach class, only the few econnigs that work outside of class. He sits all day, ranting about nothing, disnig.
Mr. E is my favorite teacher ever and does a lot to help all the students who care.
Mr E is the best teacher i have ever had. He teaches us the material very well and also makes his class fun. He also puts countless hours into giving students many opportunities outside the classroom.
If you want to learn from him, he's amazing. All the work he does beyond the classroom is extraordinary, too. He really does a lot for his students and is a cool guy. Very down-to-earth, too.
I love Mr.E, last semester with him was awesome, and I still talk to him all the time, even though he doesn't teach any of my classes! He is like a normal person, much unlike you average teacher...no offense...
Mr. Eschrich is a phenominal teacher. He does stray from his topic, but there is generally some corollation to the lesson plan, and you can always divert him back to the topic by asking a question. He is tolerant but not a push over, amusing but not ridiculous, and overall an exceptional, far from stringent but still authoritatrian teacher who occaisonally employs unconventional language. He is always around to help, and provides ample time to study for tests, complete assignments, and take notes.
So much fun to have as a teacher. and if you do scuba aswell as take econ you will be on his good side for life
Mr. E does everything but teach in the classroom. I love econ, but I learned everything I know from a textbook, not his classroom.
He's funny and entertaining, and it seems like he knows about Econ, it's just that it doesn't seem like he knows how to teach it. He'll answer a question, but he can't really teach. You'll have to learn everything from the book, and don't depend on him to teach you anything.
Best teacher at IA! Fun and helpful but could get off topic a lot.
Mr. E is an amazing teacher. I've learned so much about Econ from him. He's very approachable and helpful too.
Mr E is one of my favorite teachers at the school, He understands that teaching the entire time will actually only yield the first or last 20 minutes of material actually learned. He doesn't cover alot each day, but what is covered is made crystal clear and students actually learn.
Mr. E is very knowledegable about Econ. Doesn't always do the best at teaching, but he's very approachable if you need extra help. He understands that he needs to occasionally go off on a tangent to keep the class awake.
Mr. E is funny, but he doesn't teach in freshmen econ...if I didn't go to class at all, I still would've learned the same amount - he has to answer the same question 3 times in a row because he can't get anyone to pay attention. then he goes off topic for the rest of class. If you have a question that you want to ask before or after class - forget it, he's too busy gossiping
A great guy, 'nuff said. He may digress in class and joke around, but he teaches his stuff well - that is, if you're actually paying attention and not slacking off.
While he might not be hard for freshman econ, IB Econ is actually pretty tough material.
his class was generally, pretty easy just to be clear. however, you don't learn much & you find yourself teaching yourself most of the subject. overall, you'll do well if you do your hw & have fun in his class while you can.
haha too easy u dont need to do ne thing to get an a
Mr. E is, well, how would I phrase this...awesome. The previous rater mentioned that we get off-topic a lot, but, frankly, those digressions are quite fun, and sometimes even pertain to the topic. But Mr. E really does involve students in the class discussions. Also, if you find him to be seemingly "picking" on you or joking around, that means he likes you and thinks you're mature enough to have some sense of humor...so don't get offended, learn to laugh at yourself!
He was funny. I didn't like econ much, but I learned a lot, even though we didn't stay too much on topic. He tried to get to know all the students and made class lots of fun
hilarious! but he gets so off topic... i still dont understand anything about econ
mr. e is too funny!!! econs the thing thats hard about his class
yeah...he's a cool guy, but god, he sucks at teaching. i have no idea wt* he's going on about most of the time. well...i kinda miss him now cuz he had great digression points.
sadly, mr. e had surgery. he was a great teacher, an he aint comin back till next year =(. i miss you mr. e!
he rocks my sox. . .. i love mr.e and for all u who think he is on vacation u need to choke. .. he would much rather be at school teaching his students then at home!!!
Vacation?! I hope those were just freshmen saying that...I can't believe any of the upperclassmen would expect Mr. E to be on VACATION for 3 months!
This teacher is fun. He tells great jokes, and he is really entertaining. However, he spent over three months on vacation! He needs to take less time off.
This teacher is never there. He spends too much time on vacation
He doesnt teach! He just makes inappropriate and stupid jokes. That's not good!!!!!!!!!!!
ok, as great as his classes are, he sucks at teaching. he goes on and on, and i just have no idea what he's talking about. then he digresses randomly,,,
Shut up. His teaching is awesome. You're probably never going to find a better econ teacher anywhere.
Mr E is just an all around awesome guy. He'll let you sleep through class, but you'd better know what's going on by the test!
Mr. E is probably one of the best people to learn anything from. Since he had real world experience before he started to teach makes him more interesting/funny
econ may be confusing... but mr e's jokes make it... interesting
E is my serogant father!! He has taught more than economics... like how to delegate and be more diplomatic. He is one of the greatest teachers I have ever had.
You think he doesnt care or doesnt see that half of his class in asleep??? He's cool though
hey man he rocks; he's the only one that actually likes his students
