Mr Powelson doesn't know how to teach! he probably knows the material like the back of his hand, but if you ask him a question he will repeat himself the same way.

He's nice he just isnt very good at teaching. He's also a heart doctor and im sure he's very good at that, but teaching just isnt his thing.
