First day of her Honors Health class she made everyone think it was going to be some really hard class. It was not, and we were almost always off topic. I felt like I didn't learn anything from her class, but the discussions we had were really nice. One day we spent the whole period talking about the blueblack/whitegold dress, it was utterly ridiculous and funny at the same time. Still though, I really never understood that class...my middle school health classes were harder lol.
Unfortunately profanity is not allowed here so my descriptions may be a bit understated. She is the worst "teacher" a student could possibly ever encounter. She thinks this class is an AP class and that everything should be "well thought out" (direct quote) during every single stupid little arbitrary piece of "work" she hands out. Many people have LOST POINTS ON ARBITRARY TEXTBOOK WORK BECAUSE THEY WROTE THE LETTER AND NOT THE WHOLE PHRASE!! She has wayyyyy too much time on her hands.
Not exactly the best teacher. we spend most days off topic and when she finally does give us our work at the end of the period, she becomes confused at why she doesn't have enough time to teach. Not only this but she is always absent, always making up excuses, and is both a late and a low grader. Health education at Wootton is terrible, and look no further than her to see the reason.
This teacher is ridiculous. She knows very little on the topics and sounds like a manic. I have learned nothing from her.
She i a very nice lady, but for a health teacher she seems to be a little shy about teaching a subject that you have to be a little brutal about.
She gets off topic a lot which caused us to cram everything at the end. She gives sort of a lot of homework, but overall she is a good reasonable teacher
Good teacher, good intentions. We get off topic pretty often, but it always relates to the class somehow.
we get completely off topic all the time and she doesnt really seem like she completely knows the subject. don't get me wrong, the class isn't bad, it's just that she isn't organized and her health knowledge is not what it could be
It is sometimes ridiculous to see how the Health class is taught... at times I actually (no kidding) feel that i'm in AP Health Education. She gives us tons of work while running out of time to explain what she expects from us, although she is very nice at times, this trait is unable to disperse the bad image I have of her, in particular the bad way she teaches.
While she might take health a little seriously, she is doing it for are own good. Very sweet to you.
she is a bad teacher she constantly looses all my work and she thinks health is a real class
I have to say, i really don't like her. She treats us like we have never taken 1st grade, much less health class. Plus she chokes herself with the percieved self-importance of her class. So, overall... :(
Yea...FYI: HEALTH ISNT A REAL CLASS. cuz it's NOT like we've been taking it for the past 5 years!
very nice, does take it a bit seriously but i guess its her job?
i like her and all, but she grades way too hard as if health is an acedemic subject or somthin
very nice and mega-helpful. always ready with advice on any subject.
she's cool-very trustworthy and i have gone to her for advice
I had her last year for health, shes a cool teacher i could go to for advice.
Its an easy class with a good teacher. No complaints here!
does take class a bit too seriously but otherwise a good teacher.
shes totally cool and her class is a joke, but shes gotta stop overanalyzing us and talking to us about stuff in health like we're oblivious to the world.
