Outline notes in class, jeopardy for bonus points, then test. Tests are cumulative, hard at first, but over time, most of questions are repeats, so should get easier. Be careful of pop quizzes, especially after long breaks. Fun teacher.

In teaching APUSH, he's good in feeding us the "textbook" knowledge as he reiterates them and puts them in his own words. His quizzes and tests are very easy and straight-forward. Most of your grade will be depend on mostly the hwk and the tests/weekly quizzes. However, don't depend on him for the essays. He's vague in teaching us how to write a good 7 or above essay and he pretty much wants us to

He's a pretty down to earth guy. If you pay attention in class, take notes, do your homework and read the book (like you're supposed to for every class) you'll pass the AP exam with flying colors. He's fun to talk to and play games with.

Mr. Taylor's lectures are always very detailed. I usually don't read the book and do well on his quizzes because I study his notes. He's great at making history understandable, using modern English to explain it. His sarcasm in history is hilarious. However, he isn't very helpful in explaining how to improve your essay writing.

Lectures are very tedious. He doesn't give you useful feedback on essays; I always got low scores (highest I got was 6), yet I got a 4 on the AP exam. That was because of studying on my own.

Great teacher! I think his class is a little bit too fast-paced though. I <3 bust-a-move during lunch. The answer to every pop quiz: Marbury vs. Madison.
