okay she was a really good teacher and was funny, but she tried WAYYYYY too hard to be cool. She even asked what "kids these days" wear??!! also she was really mean for no reason to random people at random times. Once we were taking notes and a kids pencil broke so he got up to sharpen it because she was saying anything at the moment, and she SCREAMED at him to "GET A LIFE!". like who does that!!?? But overall good teacher...
She's NICE and FRIENDLY. She HELPS me with my WORK.
Best teacher you could hope for.
calls us "beautiful children" really funny and kind youll likeher.
Ms. Gilgger was the best! She bought me a whole pizza once in sixth grade! She is very friendly and is really nice going. You would love to have her.
Ms. Gilger has been out for most of the year, but for minimal time I've been with her I've had very bad times with her. She insults many kids in my class, she grades unfairly, and she calls people mean names. If she doesn't like you good luck.
mrs gilger is nice but really crazy. in the middle of class she started singing freak out and dancing she treats us like perschoolers im sorry but its true she acts like we know nothing
Best teacher I've ever had!!! She's amazing if she likes you. I had her for reading and the mythology unit was the best! I now consider her as a close friend.
I'm currently a twelfth grader, and out of my whole schooling experience, this person is the ONLY person who has EVER had a problem with me. She's a weird grader, underestimates 'her children', and is
she is not a good teacher at all she thinks that i am out of shape and she calls us her beautiful children and i am in shape! I am a gymnast!!!!!!!!
She was the first and only teacher in my schooling experience to actually teach grammar. Props for that.
Shes strange and has to explain every single word. But shes nice and gives easy work...
Word work was realllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly annoying. She does stop @t time we read something out loud.
I think she highly underestimates our understanding level. First she has us read about five pages in a book as homework. Then she also makes us right down a bunch of questions for it even if we honestly don't have any. THEN we have to read the whole thing over again out loud in class the next day with her stopping us every sentence to explain things that are quite simple and obvious. It gets extremely boring. For writing assignments she gives us no room to make it interesting, crushing my creativity.
Easy class-really nice teacher a bit odd at times and doesnt explain projects enough doesnt really understand questions students ask
Very nice and helpful. I get really tired of vocab word work. I am in 6th grade now and have her 1st period.
her assignments were hard to figure out when they were due cuz she didnt tell u
wasn't an easy teacher, but still taught pretty well, although she had faves...and aside from that, you were either ignored or hated.
I hated ms. gilger when i had her. but she did teach me some stuff. she was too strict and picked definite favorites.
Gave a lot of homework and sometimes yelled. Otherwise she is quite a good teacher.
I LOVE MS.GILGER! i had her three yrs ago and she is still 1 of my fav teachers, she taught me soo much and i remember all of it, b gr8ful, it's tina ms. gilger
She makes us work too hard...she gives us too much work..vocab for the whole year..10 words you have to pick ..ugh..argh!!!!! aah
i cannot stand this woman. soo confusing, boring class...what a waste of two periods.
Great English teacher. I learned a lot of grammar skills in 6th grade. Nice person.
