Mr. Curtis is a great honors teacher, but I would imagine that his CP classes are too hard. In my experience, he always teaches everything that are on his tests. Even though it's a hard class, I've learned so much and I can now write a 5 paragraph essay in less than 15 minutes.

One of my least favorite teachers I ever had. Routinely took points off my test essays and told me that I "put the sentence in the wrong place", refusing to clarify further. He's very knowledgable, but has obvious favorites. Went off on me because I didn't come to one of his optional test prep sessions because of a prescheduled doctor's appointment. Unreasonable at times, and the costumes get old pretty damn fast. A good teacher to those who he decides he likes, and practically no one else.

Mr. Curtis is really knowledgable about history and loves what he does, but he can be extremely unreasonable. On the first day of school, we were assigned a paper for the next day. He tells us about tests the day before, and we have to stay after school if we want ANY information regarding the test. His tests are much harder and lengthier than other classes. There is a 5 paragraph essay to write at the end of the quiz in 40 minutes. He's a nice guy but really unreasonable at times.

Mr. Curtis is the kind of teacher you love or hate. Unfortunately, our class did not have the best experience with him. He is knowledgeable about his subject, but is very opinionated and will automatically assume that your opinion as a student is "inferior" to his. He also gives multiple choice and essay tests that should be given in a double period in a SINGLE period, and often gives them in very short notice. And also, his dressing-up gets old REALLY fast.

He is a really nice guy and funny too, but sometimes his humor is dry and his tests and stuff are ridiculous so if you want a fun but challenging class you should like Mr. Curtis
