Mr. Gower is a terrible teacher. He is rude and is stuck up. He is very boring and does not sufficiently teach. He knows what to teach, it is the way that he teaches it that is bad. He needs to lighten up. Its not a prison it is a 9th grade health class.

just in weight training...its working out its whatever if you cant do it then bust...baseball on the other hand, idk...dnt play it not guna say anything

He's a terriable teacher and coach ! Doesn't get along or respect students, parents or athletes ! The football coaches are wonderful but transfer school if your son loves baseball !

He is unapproachable by students, parents and his baseball players. After my son had him as a teacher and coach we put our son in a different school after seeing his coach choke hold a player.He's BAD
