Mr. Irmas is a very good teacher; he knows what he is talking about and isn't afraid to correct you when you're wrong. This is a good thing because it helps you learn from your mistakes. He also has a good taste in music, except for Chacarron. People may say he's intimidating, but he's a good teacher and a good guy.
Having had 2 kids in his class, Irmas would be rated as one of their lowest in terms of generating student interest in learning, preparing students for exams, caring about student learning
nyoull either like his class or despise his class. the textbook is used a tonn in class and can get repetitive, but he throws in some kahoots here and there. homework takes a max of 10-15 min. although i dont look forward to this class, it is pretty easy and its pretty chill most of the time. he plays good music too
Doesn't give any notes so if you are a visual learner the class may be difficult for you. A decent teacher but the other Spanish teachers at WHS are way better
Absolutely fantastic teacher!!!!!!!!!
Although it may not be the most fun class, Sr. Irmas does a very good job explaining things and always gives you a chance to prepare for tests if you're willing to study. Also he has good taste in music so that's a plus.
Boring teacher and his class is just plain awful. I almost fall asleep whenever he talks. Don't shred the gnar, Todd.
would just like to point out that the review done on april 3 2012 was probably Mr. Irmas daughter considering she graduated in 2012, it could also have been one of her friends.
He is an atrocious teacher who can't do anything right. Absolutely terrible. I have never had a worse teacher. He is cranky, moody, and thinks most of his students are failures
I honestly don't understand the poor ratings that Sr. Irmas has received. He's a very nice guy, helpful, funny, and actually has a personality. I wish there more teachers like him.
Mr irmas leans very much toward the woman in his class. additionally, if you do something wrong or got an answer incorrect he will mark you forever as a bad student. he expresses his dislikes of students and is very sassy
hard teacher and class
Very hard teacher
Mr. Irmas is a fantastic teacher. He has great knowledge about Spanish and offers extra help at lunch!
his aquatics program is so terribley messed up. he should try to see who actually likes to play as opposed to the ones who are skillfull. very dissappointed with the way he handles/looks at things. but he is a nice guy, none the less.
Not a very good teacher, nor very good coach. Doesn't even compare to Blackburn or Darden, but he's still better than Jones. Good polo coach but awful as a swim coach. Has no clue what he's doing.
He's kind of wierd but is really easy and gets write to the point. He's not bad compared to other Spanish teachers.
