hardest class ever. This boy expects you to read every single chapter you went over before the final. His study guides are kinda helpful but he needs to be more specific as to what we need to study and review before going into the finals. Because his study guides forces you to reread every chapter in the book and only a few things are in the test and this causes me to miss some important info I coulda gotten if he gave us a more specific idea of what to study. Not gonna lie, he's smart but hard

Mr. English is an extremely difficult teacher with high expectations and a rigorous ciriculum. However, he is an extremely good teacher, who is very knowledgeable and honestly cares about what he teaches. He can be one of the most entertaining teachers, regardless of how strict he is. Overall I would definitely recommend him.

It was extremely painful, stressful, and memorable. I would definitely recommend this teacher to all incoming freshmen and sophmores. I will never forget his strange obsession with copious notes and long extraneous lectures given to his students. If you are chosen from the select and elite few, be glad and may God walk by your side- if will be the best two/one year(s) of your life.

Don't mess around in this class. It is hard but I got an A both semesters. Use the study guides he provides. If you know him prior to taking the class, you will get mad fun of, so be ready for that. Overall, a great teacher.

He is a great teacher. However, he is also really hard, which makes some people not like him. Im not one of those ppl tho. I cant wait to have him in AP next year, even though i hear the summer hw is awful. Still though. He is one of the few teachers that can take a joke, and its fun to mess with him cause he will say something right back.

I feel that it would be more helpful if we did not do as much lecturing and did more "hands on." It is difficult to pay attention for an extended period of time to long lecture.

Philosophy and Logic is different than any other class, for the better. He treats you WAY different as a senior than a frosh, more repect and joking around.
