Mr. D is a classic! His ability to inspire students over the course of a 50 year career is amazing. Although math was not my best subject, his command of the subject matter and ease of presenting his lessons inspired me to become a teacher.Class of 1968.
I didnt get the enlightening Mr. Donohue that everyone else seemed to see. He plays favorites and moves along with the coursework whether you understand it or not. His only care is being the best
The way he teaches makes it a lot easier than it would be without him. He is a great teacher.
I would have to say that i have learned more in his honors algebra II/ trig class than any other, the class is extremely difficult but i learn so much. He knows more about math than anybody.
Very tired of him and hearing about Ireland. Teach instead.
The Don. Awesome teacher, cuts to the point, and never wastes a second of any math period ever. Though he did leave mid 7th period to go golfing twice..
MR. D.WAS MY INSPIRATION TO BECOME A TEACHER. HIS MASTERY OF THE SUBJECT MATTEDR COUPLED WITH HIS ENTHUSIASM FOR MATH WAS "SEF EVIDENT" CLASS OF "68"
Mr. Donohue is the greatest teacher I have ever had and I really doubt I will ever get a teacher as great as he is.
Some people learn better than others from Mr. D. Unfortunately, I don't think he understands that people don't learn the same way. Still a good teacher to most.
I don't disagree that he is a very good teacher, but he's so hard to find when you need help. Even if you do all of the homework, you may not understand it.
Mr. Donohue is simply the best teacher I have ever or will have had.
Mr. D rocks. He is certainly my favorite and best teacher I have ever had. He's there whenever you need help. What's f(rat)? That!
one of the smartest men i've ever met and the best teacher i ever had
He is mathematical genius, and he is really smart. He is great in 7th period Honros Algebra I. He is a very good teacher. (sheep + desk = sheep + desk)
He is pretty easy in my class, and very helpful. One of the greatest teacher at Bonner
One of the hardest teachers at Bonner, but BY FAR THE BEST!!!! (2 + tree =??)
Mr. Donohue was awesome in the 60s. It had to believe that he is still at it. Class of 64. I'll retire from teaching at the end of this year.
In AP Calculus, almost every single student gets a 4 or 5 on the AP Exam. That is truely a testament to Mr Donohue's teaching ability.
In all my years of school, Mr. Donahue was my favorite teacher because he challenged us to think. He is a teacher in the truest sense of the word.
