Whenever we were learning something that could be connect to GOD, he would stop and call it out. THANK GOD HE RETIRED!
My experience with Mr. Fain was too short. He was one of the greatest teachers of my life. If you read and do your work you will be fine. The only reason so many people complain is because they are not used to putting in the effort into theirwork.
Best Teacher! He plays movies in class! Great personality!
He's 'ight. If your in a sport, he tends to talk to you more, since he follows high school sports. Pretty much 5th grade level work, you can use notes on tests which are basically the answers literally in sequence order.
He talks a lot during movies, I get annoyed easily. Would not recommend having his class.
Very easy & boring class. He gives you 5th worksheets. Basically do the homework and there's no reason to not pass his class. He even gives you a bunch of extra credit when you "read" extra stuff.
talks way to much. if we have 30 minutes to watch a movie, he'll talk until we have like 5. He makes us repeat words like EUROPE on ****. What are we 6
Very, very good teacher to attain college ready GPAs with. Everything is straightforward. If you're planning on getting into a UC without doing AP level coursework, this class is a good GPA boost.
He is some what hard.In his class you will go through many highlighters because he makes you highlight alot of work.If your in a sport you might be lucky and be a favorite & he does go off topic alot
Talks about the most random things and wastes a lot of time going over really simple things. Overall a very bad teacher. He also has favorites that can do no wrong and if he doesn't like you, poor you
Unlike most people, Mr. Fain has a passion that infiltrates every aspect of his life (much better than all-too-common mediocrity). He spends almost every waking moment teaching, his second passion!
Ugh I too had him back in the 1990s.I wonder if he still brings his religious interests into the classroom. Don't use this as an excuse to flake. You still need to get into college
gives too much busy work. goes off on tangents too often and then wonders why we havent learned anything relative to the subject. can bite your head off.
Mr. Fain has good intentions but i don't think he relizes that he is overworking his students.
sry mr.fain i like you and all but sometimes you can be hard
I had this teacher back in 1990! He incorporated his religious interests too much. I stayed respectful & did my work (for my future, not his enjoyment).
