Terrible teacher. Disengaged. Uninspired. Goes through the motions. If you want an AP science class at Churchill, I'd advise you take something other than physics.

I had Mr. Achille for Honors Physics. He very smart and he will help you if you ask, but you have to work for it. He does not force the class to behave so almost everyone talks through the entire class which makes it hard to hear what is going on. He will usually teach to only one set of lab tables so if he isn't at yours, I would recommend going over to the table he is teaching at to figure out what is going on. Also, the tests are really hard, but if you study really hard you'll be fine.

He's a nice guy and he knows what he's talking about, but he makes the tests too difficult and really won't teach the material unless you go out of your way to learn from him after class

Really loved his class and his teaching methods allowed me to have fun and to learn effectively especially through class demonstrations of concepts we were learning.

He really knows his stuff but will not go out of his way to help you, so you better make sure you either know it or seek help.
