He's a great teacher, he makes sure you learn everything there is to learn. He may be hard, but it's to push you harder and improve yourself. Because of him, I've learned to make sure I go more in depth with all my work, not just in math
Taught me a lot.
Always had a B+/A- average in math until I had him as a lower. Cried several times in his class. Failed the first test. Then I worked my butt off and got 100% or higher on every test after that. And got straight A's in math for the rest of my academic career, all the way through college. I was afraid of him, but he was actually an incredible teacher. I think he is better suited to higher level classes though. If you want the skill without the fear, I recommend Mr. Chen.
He said he knew who the real villain was in the Usual Suspects 5 minutes in because Verbal Kent was the only Unusual Suspect
Best math teacher at Exeter. To those who say he is "harsh" or "mean" that's your own fault. He picks people apart at the board because he assumes that you know how to do that problem, which is why you put it up in the first place. Moves fast in class and you get to learn a lot. Not as intimidating as people suggest, just work hard and listen and you'll be fine. Stop complaining people!
Very bad teacher
cute bear and genius, he will make you do better at math.
i want you
he's the freaking man!! he's really tough and sometimes yells at us but he is definitely a great teacher. at least i've learned a lot. also a really good sense of humor. by easiness 4 i mean it is as easy as it should be.
UNLESS YOU LOVE MATH, SWITCH OUT!!!! When he teaches the 100's and 200's it is SO hard. His tests are impossible and he gives terrifying pop quizes. I was nervous every time I walked into class. DO test corrections every time
His prowess in Math needs no confirmation. But I did hate him as a teacher. Nothing to do with how hard he was. He just didn't help me become better at Math. Not a good teacher in my opinion.
really hard, but still amazing. hes one of those teachers who is hard, but will make you that much better at math. funny.
Mr. Feng is a brilliant and demanding teacher. His math classes have material for "normally" and "unusually" bright students. You won't find another high school teacher like him.
Can be really hard, but you learn so much from his class.
You will be intimidated, and you will get over it. Awesome guy who tells it like it is. Good explanations and brilliant insights.
even though he can be a bit scary at first, he's pretty cool.
Mr. Feng is serious about math, and he'll say things or grade you harder in order for you to get better. mid-terms and finals=good news
Was ranked the 3rd smartest man in China, i believe - but not anymore - he's american now! excellent, good natured teacher. tough but worth it.
Absolutely brilliant. Expects the world, so deliver. You'll learn more in one term with him than the rest of your Exeter math career combined.
Awesome and hilarious. Lets you make a good grade if you work. Expects you to be as smart as he is, but I guess he is almost always disappointed.
Mr. Feng is one of the most brilliant men alive. He is the U.S math team (no joke). Ask him to make analogies about his soccer team.
you too slow, you need a car, where is your bike. Three apple plus five apple equal how much apple. I don't know. Mr. Feng, you're the best coach ever!
the coolest soccer coach in the entire world ... even down to how he positions 11 players
You'll learn more in one term of Zuming's class than you will in all your other math classes combined. Oh yeah, and he's funny. Really funny.
