I had her for AP Gov and she is a really nice person and is helpful but she is not a very good teacher. She uses boring powerpoints and the class was boring.
Had her for AP Gov this year- and thought she was quite knowledgeable and helpful, especially when it came to staging a practice ap test for us. It was quite helpful since I got a 5 on the ap test! While her powerpoints were a snoozefest at times, I'd definitely recommend taking Ms. Goldberg for AP gov.
very informative but shes always busy and hard to ask questions... especially after school or at lunch time. but she knows how to teach gov't but idk about econ....
It's understandable that it is her first year with the AP Gov course, but she has been unable to effectively teach the material, and many of the ap gov students, myself included do not feel like they are prepared enough for the ap test coming up next month, since we lack the necessary preparation.
had her for both history and psychology classes. her assignments were clear, but she grades pretty hard (such as never allows anyone to "copy" answers straight from the textbooks - write your own)
Mrs. G was a great teacher/mentor! I had her twice(hist& T.A) She is one of the best and very easy to talk too. Sharonda '01
The most helpful teacher i've ever had. She helped me through the toughest time of my life
had her for psych in '02. great all around and was easy to talk to. it was all fun; always gained a positive attitude when i walked into class.
thats a shame that she's gone, she was the nicest teacher...
