Mr. Nicsaji gives lots of HW that count for almost nothing in the final grade. Simultaneously he shows little concern or empathy for students who are struggling with a concept. Our child developed significant anxiety trying to approach him for help, with little response in person or online. His exams are unreasonably graded in light of the weighting and extensive amount of hw assigned. Holds tests for a month before returning, making it impossible track progress in a timely manner.
Literally the worst example of a math teacher I have ever encountered. Lacks empathy, interest or passion to teach unless the child as the school system likes to say "lives and breathes math". HW is completely irrelevant in the grading, zero unprompted communications with parents. Tests weighted so heavily, and the grading so draconian that one mistake costs an A, 2 a B and from there you are off the cliff, making it almost impossible to recover from for the term. Creepy interest in trolls...
My child feels like Mr. nicsaji has written him/her off and ignores him/her. He is a poor teacher and does not encourage students to persevere. He is ruining math for many kids.
mr nicsaji is the absolute worst teacher i have had in my life. he cannot teach. my entire class was confused and he is unable to explain simple material making the class so much harder. he made me feel so uncomfortable with his weird nicknames and his trolls and all the stories that i had heard from previous years. whenever he checks the homework he goes around the class and checks one answer for correctness and will say wrong it front of the entire class if its wrong. good luck if you have him
Great teacher and very funny.
Very funny, dry sense of humor, amazing teacher.
awesome teacher. he is hilarious and and makes up all these funny jokes. whenever sixth graders walk by he always screams TROLLS! if you ever say hi to him he will respond back greetings. when ever his fax machine beeps, he says oh sorry thats my alien transmitter, looks out the window and says false alarm.
He was one of my favorite teachers in 7G. What a great teacher... He was really funny, and I had the best nickname too!
i loved this class! talked most of the time! #9!! awesome nicknames! math basketball! fizz buzz splat!! good times in math!
if you want to go over the curriculum multiple times he is the guy, really boring classes and hard quizzes with a leson every night, but hes not the worst teacher
Not the best, not the worst. I really like how he is kind've funny, but CLass is BORING! We do nothing.(usually just do tonight's homework then) he is a HARSH grader and doesn't let u retake anything!
He doesn't have much of a personality, but he is a good teacher. Algebra was the first time I really understood/liked math
if u have mr nicsaji, be ready to sleep, pass notes, and do absolutely nothing in class.
mr. nicsaji is so weird - all we do in class is correct homework! there's so much more stuff we could do w/ our 45 minutes. we don't learn anything, i just pass notes / friends!
He should replace the R in Mr. to a T to make it Mt. Nicsaji!
never a dull moment. if everyone just gave him a chance, they could have a blast during class.
He's cool, he cracks jokes in class, he's sometimes funny. his class is so easy. Bottom line is that he's cool.
VERY GOOD TEACHER. ONCE U GET TO KNOW HIM U LIKE HIM. WOOOOOOOOEEEE
MR NICSAJI ROCKS MY WORLD you guys will miss him when you get to high school...
Mr. Nicsaji is very tall!!! He's 6 feet 8 inches. He can be nice at times, but kind of annoying. He grades hard too. He takes off a point if you spell a word w
