Mrs. Girardot was a terrible teacher. All she does is preach to students and talk about her kids. The amount of math I learned in her class was little to none, but if you ask me a question about her personal life I can tell you all about it. She didn't even teach, she had student teachers all year and they taught her class not her. Definitely would not recommend, she is outdated and not a good teacher.
you can tell she knows her stuff. But I get more work in her class than in all my other classes combined, and she asks us what to do on every step as if we didn't learn it before we got to her class. She says we should never have homework because we can finish everything in class, but she talks for almost the entire time and gives us 10-15 minutes to actually try and do it. And She only ever enters grades about 3 hours before report cards so you could fail and never know it
very hard class but if you make pretty drawings on her tests she'll give you extra credit for creativity! She's really nice and will help you out if you need it
She knows what she is teaching and gives us an understanding of how to do it without giving us all the answers. The only annoying thing about her is she always says "pre-ap students always...."
Ms. Girardot is a good teacher, even if she does teach things kind of slow... I always felt we had it better than Ms. Mulder's geometry class. She's a very nice person if you get to know her.
since freshman year i heard girardot horror stories and i honestly have no idea why. we get candy, extra credit, and only have to turn in our hw every third day. i think she's great and very mindful of grades
i think she knows what she's teaching and how to teach it. she repeats herself a bit much, though, and isn't the best at answering questions. overall i think she's a good teacher.
Spell her name right-GIRARDOT. It'll be on a test. Work hard, and you'll do fine. I did.
excellent teacher, she's hard, but she'll make you learn the material
She is extremely nice, but when it comes to the classroom.... she can be fairly strict and not very helpful. She gave way to much hw and her notes are a poor form of teaching.
Oh Em Gee, geometry was sooo hard, but Ms.Giradot is cool and she made geometry fun, especially the story of "soh cah toa" -Jack from 2005
She is really hard, and gives lots of home work. She does not really teach the material in class, but if you come after school she will help you.
Mrs. Girardot is a good teacher but she does assign a bit too much hw. She is nice, but runs a very hard class.
she can work out about two problems every period. she'll work a problem and then do variations like, "now is this was a negative..." its annoying. we get it.
she is really really nice... just doesn't explain things very well... but she is always available for tutoring
Nice person, get on her good side. And dont sit in the "splash zone"
In honors geometry, she gave us alot of homework and the tests were extremely difficult. However, I learned alot that year and now i make 95-100 in algebra 2.
Ok, no personality problems, but she DOESNT TEACH THE MATERIAL, she asigns it by the truck load, but never actually teaches it. If you need help, too bad.
She is so incredibly hard. She never gives easy homework or tests. She always gives homework. She should loosen up and do something different.
Not a good teacher, hates all of her "football players", she is very biased and pays too much attention to little details without paying attentiontothefundament
Mrs. Girardot is a nice person, but her class is very hard and she's not a great teacher. She still teaches as though it's block scheduling.
i thought i was good in algebra, and i took geometry, and i was like, gheesh i hope alg2 is easier. And yet, i still made better grades in her class. alg1 4life
she's so tough for geometry... her tests are impossible
