honestly in class she plays favorites but she's a cool person outside and does give good advice. just agree with what she says and you'll be all set with an a. and don't use contractions!
Not sure what all the dislike is about. I thought she was a great teacher. Yes she is a tough teacher, but if you pay attention and read and enjoy the books, you'll do fine. I got along very well with her. She was VERY nice and helpful.
Truly an amazing teacher. She is probably the best English teacher I have ever had.
The pop quizzes are incredibly hard and will lower your grade. She asks questions about very small details so even if you read every page you might just look over the answer. Typically the pop quizzes are only 5 questions so if you get two wrong your down to a D-. She grades hard on essays but her tests and exams are rather easy. She definitely has her favorites so get on her good side.
I love Mrs. Kramer! If she has you freshman year, she'll remember you again in senior year. She has a lot of good advice to give if you listen to her. If your in her class though, do the reading, or you WILL get on her bad side!
Personally I LOVED mrs.kramer. she was so nice-uneless it was apparent that you were slacking off, not paying attention, or didn't care about what she was saying. If you paid attention in class you are guarenteed to ace her tests and midterms/finals. She tries to get the class engaged and does some group work in class so you can understand the book and characters better. She was awesome
good teacher, extremely detailed quizzes..be careful of how she corrects essays. pretty much rewrites sections for you. kinda insane...so dont get her annoyed.
Beware her ridiculously specific pop quizzes. Sparknotes NEVER works with her and it's possible to fail a pop quiz even if you've read. Very helpful with essays. Sidetracked easily. Am Lit was easy
Definitely the best English teacher I have had so far.. STAY ON HER GOOD SIDE, though!!! Analysis in Context is a very easy class, you barely have to read the books, and she gives you review packets that you can use on quizzes. Her essays are easy. Oh, and if you happen to talk to her about a book you've read recently, she'll like you even more :)
She is a dedicated and passionate teacher. She really engages her students and pulls relevant meteial from many sources.
she is a great person and grades fairly. she is always willing to help you out if you need it. she will not put up with disrespectful or lazy students, they probably are the ones giving bad reviews
I felt like her class was a joke. We read the book for homework, went to class and went over what we just read, and got quizzed on the basic plot. I could have taught myself the stuff without her.
Well even though mrs kramer does make fun of down syndrome she is an okay teacher as long as you are white
Very mean woman shes a bad teacher and she makes fun of the recyclers w/ down syndrom because she thinks shes cool and funny but shes not
Ms. Kramer was an amazing teacher and not oo hard and explained a lot!
All I can say is she's really easy. Pretty disorganized, treats you like kids. Analysis in Context with her should be a middle school class, there's that much hand-holding. We do freaking rough drafts
Mrs. K is by far one of the best English teachers I have EVER EVER had. She was so engaging and still gives me advice even though I am at college and believe you me its good
really fun, enthusiastic and interesting but very harsh grader
shes a nice teacher as long as you do your work. if you participate in class she appreciates that.
harsh grader and not always a fair grader, but besides that an awesome teacher. just DONT GET ON HER BAD SIDE.
Very great teacher, explains a lot, grades...harsher than my other enlgish teachers
Mrs. Kramer, whom I've had for 2 years in a row, was really great. Her tests/quizzes are really specific, but she is a great grader of essays&Interesting class
ok, so I've never had mrs. kramer as a teacher at LS but i know her well and she's a lot of fun to spend time with. she is respectful of students and really loves teaching.
