He's really rude and picks on you for the whole year if you don't answer a question correctly in the beginning of the year. He always asks us questions before even teaching the lesson and acts like we should be knowing it already. He's really subjective with his grading and is always in a pissy mood. If you get his class, transfer out..
He's not very friendly, but he's fair. He's very knowledgeable and you really learn in his class. He answers all of your questions.
He is a fair teacher
I have him in his class and he's a funny and smart US History teacher. Just don't come late and do ALL your homework he gives. Pay attention well to him too.
One of the fairest teachers in the school, he doesn't do the whole 'favorites' thing. If you have a problem with him, you're most likely slacking. oh yeah, and hes VERY intimidating, but hes cool.
Even though I didn't get an outstanding grade from him. I loved his class, hes clear and gets straight to the point just study the notes and pay attention. youll do fine. great teacher
just pretend youre paying attention all the time. once you get caught for not paying attention or doing something else, he's gonna pick on you everyday
To really love this teacher you have to have him for more than one year. Tests might be difficult but when you get "kotzkied" you are a kotzky for life.
hillarious teacherrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. makes me laugh every day!
Mr. Kotzky is awesome. If you are interested in politics or history in general his class is going to be one of your favorites. His tests are easy even without studying and gives homework only like 3 times a week.
He's a great teacher. Has good humor and cracks jokes. Mock trial class is great but he can be intimidating when he's acting as a lawyer, showing how great and well versed he may have been before teaching.
Mr.Kotzky is a very good teacher. He gets straight to the point and doesn't get off topic easily. His board notes aren't excessive, and his tests are repetitive. His sarcasm or way of humor is quite silly, and he's very down to Earth. Don't do other class's work in his class, and don't put your head down. If you show that you're paying attention, it's an easy class. Test grades are a biggie, but multiple choices are a breeze if you study your notes.
an iight teacher- but he makes fun of evryone and needs to get mah name out his mouth-
All exams and papers are repeated evre yr--especially for his freshman law class
hes quite harD(tests) but he has a GREAT personallity, fun, GREAT teaching style, will def prepare you for the regents easily and very funny, keep up the work! this is BIG RED guy!
hes a good teacher and funny,, but his tests are MAD HARD
I think I got a 75 on his first test but bounced back with 90's. My term paper was about 20 pages, lol, and i got a perfect grade. He's a very lenient grader.
i hated him at first he was mean and scary and stuff but then by the end i liked him cuz he's cool and...yea pretty cool
I don't know if he's nice but he was my best history teacher. I actually understood the material.
he is an excellent history teacher...the best ive ever had....so very interesting and keeps his students involved...and he's a fair teacher
U dont need to do HWS if you pass all his tests!I get 70- 90s on all his test, and only have done about 20 homeworks out of like 50. i passed with an 80
He's not that easy. But he teachers very well. His notes are good, he's a nice person, smart. Do your work, and get on his good side. =)
had him for civil law, he was clear, not too much work, pretty helpful/nice, and his tests and grading was fair.
