You need to understand his past before you can understand him. He's an alumni from the 70s, and he just wants to teach those to suceed, he does what is best for them. He doesn't let u use phone to pay attention. I hated him when I had him, but later I found he made me learn, and I still remember it today
Some people don't like Gembo - but he's completely fair and will treat you the way you treat him, and he makes the lessons actually UNDERSTANDABLE.
i loved Gemberling! took him for geometry and algebra 2. he is very organized and explains everything on the board. he really helped me understand math when i was struggling!
Mr. Gemberling is a decent teacher, but he's too preoccupied with telling stories and trying to look cool for his 14 year old students. Seems kind of weird.
Great guy, and usually good teacher, not really his fault the subjects kinda hard
As the JV swim coach, he is better. At math, okay, but he is a better coach.
He takes too much time to socialize witht the students & not enought time to actually teach us the lesson plus he is not one of the best teachers i've had.
Best math teacher I have had in all four years of high school. He can actually teach and he is really funny. He does give homework everynight but its worth learning math you will need it later in life. I wish I had him for math all four years.
As a parent, I rate this teacher as an EXCELLENT teacher and person! He took my child and actually taught her, cared about her and made her feel important! My daughter is no longer at TOHS, but she will return to visit this teacher!
He's such a nice guy! He loves to tell you stories and be friends with you! And he makes your subject more fun to learn!
Mr. Gembo offers extra help at lunch and after school. I sometimes go in just to hang with him.
was on swim team, never had him academically. good coach!
