As a former ap physics student I can say that he offers many sides like a cube onion. like an onion he has many layers a cold heartless layer, a compassionate and loving layer, a loyal and trustWORTHy layer, and a layer that knows when to have fun. like a cube he has many faces some may be frustrating, but in the end forces you to be a better student and a better person. He turned me from an insolent teen to a refined man he truly is a father figure and for that i owe him my success ~love T.K.
Firstly, Mr. Peachey is definitely a kind person. You can have long conversations with him. However, he is also prone to jump to conclusions at times, stating that you misbehaved in some way when you really hadn't done what he thought at all. Also, he enjoys taking off points for students on tests. Not having units = not knowing how to do the problem, btw. Why not just be more lenient and not need a curve? It would be so much more effective that way.
BEST TEACHER EVER! EASY A AND 5 ON AP!!!!
Peachey es da bom
oh my gauss!!! this is one smart cookie, but he doesn't know how to teach us the knowledge. he's really good at giving advice though, and it's great to go and talk with him about random classes. he's one of the funniest teacher's ive had, and if you are a good/fun student, it's so fun to talk and laugh with him. lol so many good times and puns in AP Physics. I may not be the smartest in the class, but I work hard to make it a fun time for everyone, so we don't get bored!!!
Peachey...is an enigma. He takes away phones if you have them out on the desk, and calculators if he thinks you're using them too much. To get back at him for taking my calculator, once, i folded a piece of paper until it looked like a phone. I even wrote "I phone" on the back. I sat in class pretending to use it the whole period. just before the end of the period, when he strikes, he came by and whisked the "phone" out. To his surprise, it was *gasp a piece of paper. He wanted me to drop class
Mr. Bruce Peachey no doubt has a vast reservoir of knowledge about physics. However, when it comes to conveying a point, he is not all too strong and often confuses you the more he explains. He has a love for Physics, no doubt, but when it comes to teaching, he has a lot to improve. Sadly, he refuses to improve these things. He does not like criticism, and often puts people on the spot. He is highly irritable at times over silly matters. Grades far too hard for how much he prepares students.
Great man, awful teacher. The only reason you put up with his class is because he is funny. When it comes down to it he just can't teach at all. Test are hard, and his review barely helps.
He's a good physics teacher period end. But man does he need to grow a pair. Flips out about everything, which just makes me think twice, I think you should learn how to be more flexiable with student
Stepped the diffuculty up a notch this year after everyone failed the regents last year, never seen so many dropouts.
hey cry babies, if you want a harder class, DON'T TAKE THE LOWEST LEVEL OF PHYSICS! peach is the man, if you want harder go see j willie, the worst teacher ever
and the lord said, let there be peachy ... and he saw that it was good.
P to the Each to the E, hey, i came up with that A^2 good teach, but slow
has more school spirit than anyone. shows up at every sports game, a true friend
digital was a blast...if only i had taken physics with him instead of faust
