Chris Gerding is amazing! This is my second year having him as a teacher and I thoroughly enjoy his teaching! I hope he maintains his status as a cool teacher at North!
Mr. Gerding is a really cool teacher and very understanding man. He is clearly knowledgeable about the material he is teaching and at times shows a lot of enthusiasm and passion towards the subject. He assigns very creative and intuitive projects throughout the year. The only downfall about his teaching is his excessive use of educanon videos and not lecturing enough.
He didn't lecture us much, instead he made us watch videos. Aside from that, he was cool.
I am very disappointed with this class. All he does is make us take notes from power points. He doesn't ever explain them; perhaps because he can't! Also, if you need help in the mornings, good luck!
Mr. Gerding was ok I guess. but I HATED his student teacher, Mr. Ralstin. UGH!
great class but he isn't very nice when it comes to grading and helping people understand what needs to be done hes really broad, but i learned a lot
He is a great teacher and I am learning alot but he is a little dull at times.
Too many guided readings...but at least he likes MU right? GO MU!!!
Mr. Gerding was my Student Teacher last year in Wilcox's class. I liked him, he made learning easy and fun, and he genuinely cared about his students.
Mr. Gerding is very nice. He does give a lot of busy work. It's his first year of teaching so cut him some slack and he will learn.
needs to do something else besides notes and movies! soooooo boring! i always fall asleep! he hates our class but we rock! 6/7A WHOOOO YEAH!
Great teacher and he makes science fun! One of my favorite teachers by far!:)
He's OK. Needs to learn some new teaching techniques.
Mr G is quite patronizing & seems shocked when a student displays intelligence.
He needs to not give pointless worksheets that teach us nothing.
Well, he makes us make root beer although I adamantly dislike it!
Needs to be more realxed and not as strict, still an awesome person..6/7A ROCKS
