Awesome person and great guy overall. Nicest teacher I've ever had and nice to every student he has even if they're not smart. His class was so fun and I enjoyed it every day. That being said, he taught the bare minumum amount needed to pass one of his exams. I taught myself the entire course during the days leading up to every test. His tests were extremely difficult if you did not understand every single thing in his note packets. I was a solid A student in his class so I'm not complaining.
Jennings is an amazing guy and teacher. also, hes like that weird uncle trope. he will give you multiple resources to learn the necessary material. sometimes he will get really off topic and waste time, but will always make up for it. by the end of the year you will either want to go to cornell or stay very far away from it. the first unit (biochemistry) is the hardest, and thats what gets people to drop down to regents, but really its not bad. i got A's on both the local final and the regents.
Jennnnings issss the man
His honors bio class is to date still my favorite class in all of high school. It was always exciting and something to look forward to. People in the class always complained that tests were too hard and that we didn't cover as much material as other cla$ses because he was always off topic; however I totally disagree. Pay attention even when things seem unrelated, because he just ties in relevant & interesting examples. He puts the notes online too which is great. I always found tests to be fair
By far the best bio teacher, if u meet him ask about Cornell
The best of the three biology teachers. There is VERY little homework at all, and tests are relatively straightforward if you know what you're doing. I'm really not kidding when I say about 50% of a class is on some random irrelevant topic, so classes are always fun. He loves to make fun of the "Regents kids": "Don't act like a Regents kid and spill that water!" Overall, I really enjoy his Honors Bio class.
best science teacher i've ever had. His knowledge of just about everything does not just get forced on you and thrown into large packets, he lets you absorb it and makes it interesting. Great man, an absolute legend of niskayuna
Quintessential intro bio class. I found I didn't need to put too much work in to do well. I felt I learned the important fundamentals in a non-tedious manner, but when I went to APbio, still had sufficient background knowledge to succeed.
great teacher, really helpful when you ask a question, hard tests but i'm in honors (as he always says) and he really makes the material fun to learn- i'm enjoying having him for bio!
Absolutely the best biology teacher you'll ever have. The most fun I had my freshman year was in that class!
THE BEST TEACHER EVER!!!! I make jokes in his class all the time and he doesn't care, which is why i do it. he's HILARIOUS! Great teacher too. not TOO hard. I want him next year. :(
He is the man. He seriously is my favorite teacher ever. I'm a freshman though, so i don't know, but so far, class is AWESOME! He's so funny and he's just awesome.

CJ is the man. Class is such an escape, he always teaches with that humourus attitude, and his jokes and little sayings are awesome. Its going to be a good "G-Rated" year.
He is the best ever!!!!! not is he just a great teacher and makes everyone laugh, and sometimes makes fun of people which is really funny. He would go to any sport thing u have.ô¿ô
