He is more of a moderator of reading the book than an actual teacher.
Elmore is the man. He just is. Take his class or regret not taking his class. Just be prepared to read. And read. And read. The tests will rip you apart if you don't. His aren't tests you can skim. You have to know the material.
Aside from coursework, he's my favorite man at the Rock. He's absolutely hilarious (and his Twitter feed is insane) and his jokes really drive home whatever point he's making. They even made a sweatshirt with his face on it. That's dedication, folks.
He is definitely my favorite teacher at the school by far. He connects really well with his students and you can tell he actually wants them to learn. The information I learned in his class was nothing short of eye-opening, especially in his U.S. Government class. The class can be difficult at times, but if you do the reading (you HAVE to do the reading) then you should be 100% fine. Overall- great teacher, great person, great department.
hard class, however, i've never learned more in a class
great class, much better teacher than anyone ive had for political science in college in DC.
The book clearly states this, right? Just kidding, we all love you Captain.
coolest teacher ever, even though he did yell at me for calling him, my fault, can we still be friends chris,... I mean mr elmore. sorry
AP History is better than Honors. Why? Because we work hard mostly and don't CHEAT. Not all Honors students cheat but some do.
Mr. Elmore is so cool. He works hard and genuinely cares about his students.
Can speak knowledgebly on any subject you can think of. If he can't, he will go research and come back to you
I think he just passed Mr. Hagedorn as my favorite teacher at rockhurst.
The best teacher to ever come to Rockhurst hands down if you are smart enough get into his class incredible
great teacher, funny guy, mr. elmore make history fun
He is smarter than the whole history department combined!
I do all my other homework in this class...and he doesn't care at all
Elmore really knows how to teach. He puts alot of effort that pays offintheend.
Chris is unarguably the best teacher at rockhurst, and he is the daambest
