Mr. Whyte was one of my favorite teachers ever, and definitely one of the best at Churchill. He was funny, clear, gave good explanations, and always was willing to help students. Mr. Whyte was more than just a teacher to us, he was a wonderful person and he will be greatly missed.
Mr. Whyte was one of the most amazing teachers I have ever had. He seemed to not only be interested in the subject he was teaching, but he cared about making his students understand. The world lost an amazing man, teacher, and friend with his passing. RIP Mr Whyte
Mr. Whyte was a great teacher and even better person. I don't know why everything happened the way it did but the world has lost an amazing member
Craig Whyte was an incredible teacher and a wonderful human being. The world has lost a beautiful soul. He taught AP Calculus for the first time in 2008, and his students scored 4s and 5s on the exam, a true testament to his master teaching skills. What a terrible loss to our community and the world at large...
I only had him for about 2 weeks before he left, but he was awesome with a great sense of humor. He was very clear when he taught and I always did well on his quizzes and tests. Too bad he had to leave us so early. R.I.P
Greatest teacher I had while at Churchill, made everything easy to understand, and made me laugh even when i was having a bad day.
RIP Mr. Whyte.....Always a great Teacher. Helped me out a lot on difficult problems and such...................
a breath of fresh air compared to the bad math teachers at churchill. he is a wonderful teacher and a great person. hes hilarious and relaxed, yet will answer any questions. ab calc is the best and he is so enthusiastic, he made me love math too!
whyte was the mannnnnnnnnnn; his precalc classes are clear, but his ab calc was the bommmmmbbbbbb (and that was on his first year)- if you pay attention, do the short hw assignments, you will ace the AP. just don't get put off when he makes fun of you
Good teacher that knows what he's doing. But he picks favorites and treat them very leniently.
he's a great teacher. he gives us good notes. he's funny. he's my favorite. i had/have him for pre calculus with analysis and statstics and mathematical modeling.
very good teacher. the notes he gives are clear and concise. He'll help you if you need help...but I don't know if he ever knew my name...He doesn't seem to care about the students but he teaches them well.
people like him b/c he's a funny guy, but he's an awful teacher. and don't come in during lunch, he doesn't like teaching more than he is payed for, and will give you the cold-shoulder.
i'd rather get tests/quizzes back later but with thoughtful grading that he puts time into, and so that he has a system where u get however many points of that is fair for the mistake you made. returning grades the next day seems nice and on top of things, but it will hurt your grade more than you can recover from.
Mr. whyte is really funny and really laid back. He's def. one of the best teachers that I've had at Churchill.
Mr. Whyte is really cool. There was one test which was horribly unfair because about 80% of the class got an E or below and he didn't drop it. Other than that, the class is pretty easy and his humor is a nice break from the all too often tedium of Math.
Good teacher but doesnt seem to enjoy it...i came in for help once... yea he didnt like that
aww mr. whyte! even tho i dont have him anymore he still helps me haha..
OK...Whyte is a good teacher in class, but doesnt like to take questions from anyone. He's funny but has such a short temper. Teaching is NOT for YOU!
Cool guy, kinda hard to talk to outside of class, needs to get names down
One of the coolest, funniest, most down to earth and fair (almost toooo fair in favor of students) teachers in Churchill.
You can feel comfortable to come in during any of his office hours. But if your really goofin off then you will have some consequences
Hes funny! hehe he gives a ton of homework, but all of the teachers have to give the same, so you'll get the same with any teacher. Hes a cool guy overall!
LOL. This guy cannot control a class. If you do pay attention though, you'll learn.
