Her class is super easy to ace, but she has a bad temper. She yells and makes orchestra really miserable. I used to love being in orchestra, but with her I hate it.
Stay on her good side and she can be your favorite teacher. She can be strict on the essays that you write but it helps and plus if you do your practice records and show up to rehersals and concerts then even if you get an "f
She has an extremely short temper and thinks she's so smart. If you make a grammatical error on your concert review she basically bumps it down an entire grade. She's really obnoxious and says the same thing over and over aga
she is kind of strict and she yells a lot and she seems to be very bitter and she has a short tolerance to everything and she doesn't really give her students much lee way.
The best thing to do, is not talk, not goof off, and not chew gum in class. Turn in all your practice records and the class will be an easy A/GPA booster. Cant really talk much in orchestra so its not really a social thing. s
Stay on her good side by practicing hard and not talking in class and she will be more than glad to help you.
sometimes it seems like she picks on certain students and i feel kind of bad. i guess she's alright i just don't like listening to her talk on and on with her stories, which don't have any point
lot of kids hate her but she is alright when u get to know her. she can make up funny jokes sometimes
kids dislike her, but sometimes the thing shes does dont make any sense. its easy to get an A in her class though. and shes clear because she always goes on these huge long tirades. :c
Really strict, but that's what the orchestra needs. Stay on her good side and she can be quite helpful. Don't do anything stupid.
Very funny, but a great teacher. Middle schoolers took it personally, as you get older, you won't take it personally. lol
shes strict but nice! sometimes shes sarcastic, but dont take it personally! you'll end up liking her!
I don't know what some of you guys are talking about. She might be strict, but if you just listen to her, she knows what she's talking. I have seen her yell at some people but it's not for anything unreasonable or undeserved.
as long as you pay attention and do work in her class, you'd be fine and actually have fun in her class.
I don't know what you guys see in Ms Crumb, but she's a great teacher. When has the orchestra ever felt unready for a competition? Every year I've played under her (5th year), the orchestra has always gotten superior ratings.
she lives to embarress students. People are SCARED to ask questions in her class because they know they will be humiliated.however, she is fair and extremely organized
Ms. Crumb is awesome! she is so cool and tells good stories
I feel bad for the FHS orchestra. To be able to learn and experience music in school should feel like an awesome priviledge. But its like this teacher goes out of her way to ruin that experience for her students. Unbelievable
Having her as a music teacher definitely takes some getting used to, but after a few years it was easy because shes pretty repetitive.
I agree that she has favoritism; she is mean and asking her a question is a wonderful opportunity for her to humiliate you.
hmmm. she is tough but she is also very fair when it comes to things.
ms. crumb is tough in the beggining but you get used to it. she tries her best to keep you in line and you'll see later on how great she is.
When you are fair with her, she is fair with you. She is trying to get the best the kids can give her. She does not suffer fools well thought.
You guys are so WRONG!!! She is a fabulous teacher, fair and kind. If you quite, it was cause you never liked playing your instrument to begin with.
I quit because I couldn't stand her teaching style. She embarrasses and humiliates instead of encouraging and inspiring people. She needs to retire.
WHAT ARE YOU PEOPLE TAKING ABOUT? Mrs. Crumb is a fanastic teacher. Probably the only one in this school that actually wants to teach us something.
Some people dont like her because she is strict. But they don't understand that she is FAIR. She knows what she is doing and is an excellent teacher. She is logical and works hard
Doesn't seem to understand how music should be fun, relaxing and enjoyable. Doesn't relate well to students and very sarcastic!
