Mr. Keller was my band teacher from 2000 to 2004. He is legitimately one of the best teachers I have ever had. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure he hates me because my friends and I would always bait him into yelling and screaming at the entire class because he's got a short temper and we thought it was funny. Mr. Keller, if you're reading this I hope you realize it was all in good fun. But in all seriousness, he genuinely cares very much about his students' growth. Great guy overall.
Mr Keller is very smart and does very well communicating his knowledge to others. As long as you take his classes somewhat seriously, you will have no problem of him getting angry at you. However, if you show any signs of disrespect or don't care about the class be prepared to get roasted. Kellers lessons extend much farther than just band and can be applied to any aspect of life. Keller is also a very traditional man/teacher and has gentlemanly values. Act like a gentleman and he will like you!
Mr. Keller is one of my favorite teachers. He makes most classes fun, but is very into band and expects his students to be the same way. He teaches you a lot, but when he's in a bad mood will be very mean. I would recommend this teacher.
Clearly knowledgeable but has blatant favorites. If you aren't one of them, you will get in trouble for doing the slightest thing. If you are, you'll always get away with anything but be careful because he's mercurial about them.
Very great band director and by far the most influential teacher I've ever had. Very knowledgable on not only music, but also life in general. Mr. Keller is a very inspiring teacher and always goes out of his way to make things a learning opportunity for the students. Overall, he's very responsible and I have a great respect for Mr. Keller. I could not appreciate him any more as my teacher/mentor and reccomend him to anybody.
He's a great band teacher. He knows a lot about music and not just music, even life. You learn much more than just about music in his class. However, his exams aren't that easy. And there are always
Good teacher but expects every student to have a band-centred life. Exams are harder than a lot of academic exams, and he has serious mood swings.
Keller is one of the best teachers. Ever. There's no way around that. He teaches his students so much about life, and is really inspiring.
Hilariously funny Mr. Keller inspires his students and makes them strive to be better people.
If you can't understand K-Dawg's analogies, then there's no helping you. And if they don't make you laugh, then you have a problem.
One of the best teachers I've ever had (including college). I learned more from him than I could even tell you - about music, learning, and life. Don't take him for granted.
pretty cool. adhd haha. over all good guy. could be a bit more chilled out though
Great teacher, if you don't like him, that's because you talked and otherwise misbehaved even more than I did. -AC
My first band director a very nice guy, overall really talented in music and what he does he has taught me the ropes and i appreciate that ~JoE
Not as organized as I'd have liked, but he is a good band director.
Mr. Keller is a great teacher and a great guy. Who else could put up with all the flaky, weird stuff that we all do?
Grades a little tougher than most band directors, but a GREAT guy!
He loves to pick on me because Wahooland is the only school that rejected me.
he's not the easiest band teacher, but he's a good one
