One of my favorite teachers ever and one I'll never forget. His was a class I always looked forward to. Learning was hands on and fun. He taught and communicated at our level. I hope he's still continuing to make learning fun and doing his thing.
I did not like him for honors physics and I'm sure he felt the same for me. The class was easy but he wasn't very helpful to me. His main concern is trying to be a "cool" teacher rather than being a good and fair teacher.
Kirb is a great teacher and creates a really fun class while still teaching you what ya gotta know. It seemed a little easy for an honors class, but whatever. The projects are a ton of fun in his class.
Great Teacher if you like to have fun and you can learn in a quick manner. He's an awesome guy, but Honors Physics was a very difficult class with him. He moves at a fast pace but allows cheat sheets.
He is by far the coolest teacher I have ever had. nough said
One of the best teachers I ever had. Super nice and never talked down to you.
Perhaps a little too preoccupied with trying to be perceived as "cool" by his students.
Though I have never had Sr. Kirby, or “Kirb†as he is colloquially known, for a class, I have enjoyed my time in his chess seminar. He’s a Deadhead and enjoys referring to me and my group of fr
Cool guy, but I didn't understand some of his teaching styles. And the homework seemed much harder than practice problems we did in class.
He knows his stuff and tries to make learning fun. Challenging class because he doesn't spend much time on material, he rather show you a pointless experiment instead. didn't enjoy class
very nice guy. i had him for physics. He would explain the basic concept, and it would seem easy, but then he'd give you the homework problems/test questions that were 10 times harder.
good teacher, but cool at the same time. ROCK ON KIRB
Students either really like Kirb or they don't. I had him for chemistry and disliked his teaching attitude and thought he was not very helpful. Good guy, but not good teacher.
