Ms. Cremin is amazing. Her class is very very challenging but she genuinely wants you to do well & guaranteed you will learn a ton. GO TO X BLOCK. She is always so kind and helpful and really appreciates when students come to talk to her. The pop quizzes are easy to predict. If you have a homework on vocab the night before, you will probably have a quiz the next day (that's something she tells you if you go to x-block). Make sure to participate in her class discussions!
She's a good person and an okay teacher. Yes, while she gives out pop quizzes, they actually help me out a lot in terms of knowing what I need to work on. She is helpful during X block and is so incredibly kind. Really doesn't want you to worry & gives you chocolate.
Ms. Cremin is a good person (?), but unquestionably a terrible teacher. Her standards are unrealistically high and her ACP and Honors classes are basically doing the same thing. She gives out a ton of homework, pop quizzes almost everyday, and her exams are impossible. If you have her I wish you luck.
She has incredibly difficult quizzes with material that was not always taught. She will try to help you if you go in for extra time, but she does not fully answer questions. She does not seem to understand that if everyone in the class gets questions wrong that the test is unfair,or that it is bad if her honors course is doing the exact same work as her regular course. Many people in my class have switched out,and I think this is because of her as a teacher, not because of the course being too hard.
Nice Person but You're a fail in the class if you're not some sort of brainiac, doesn't seem to understand the fact that other teachers assign homework to and maybe even difficult projects to much work for people who are just trying to meet the criteria to go to a college
Don't get me wrong great person really nice will try to help you if you show effort but the class is incrediblely hard. Guaranteed 80% of your class will fail all tests and quizzes. Great person, bad teacher.
Ms. Cremin has a really bad rep which I think is why people don't even bother to try in her class. She's a great person and she actually cares about teaching her students. Yeah, she doesn't exactly have the best teaching methods and she gives too many quizzes, but other than that she's pretty cool. People should respect her more
Although seemingly knowledgable, Ms. Cremin has vaultingly high expectations of her ACP class. The workload is incredibly unmanageable and tedious, she regularly assigns busy work that is completely useless (I just finished hand-copying vocab for an hour) and the pop quizzes come so frequently I find myself bombing more of them then doing well. I dread coming to class because even though I spent hours doing her homework, I fear the next pop quiz she will give will drop my grade even lower.
She is a widely despised teacher by her students, however I must disagree with people saying she's a terrible teacher. She helped me more than any other teacher with language learning and life skills. She gave students ridiculous workloads to challenge her students, because she believed her students were capable. She is secretly a great teacher and a great human being
I loved her. Sure, she is a little neurotic about certain things, but if you show effort in the class, and actually do your work, she's great. Of course, I had her for Curriculum 1, and I have heard her Honors courses are challenging, but still. She's awesome, and honestly does want her students to learn Spanish. She has a kind of bad rep, which seems undeserved, and is probably a result of her upper level courses being challenging, and people in her lower level courses not putting in effort.
I'm not typically one to freak out and rant about teachers, but Ms Cremin is below anything I have ever seen. She takes great pride in the misery of her students, and is perfectly willing to smile and blame the student work ethic when EVERYONE fails a test. Pop-quizzes are entirely unfair and lower everybody's grades. Meeting with her X-block seemed helpful, but when I tried the day before a test she wasted an hour of my time on things that were not even on the test.
If you have her, GET OUT!
Took Spanish 3 Honors. Liked her as a person, but very difficult. Learned a lot and she liked us, but lost her cool several times over minor things. NSD quizzes over the play are terrible. Definitely possible to get a good grade overall tho.
The WORST spanish teacher Ive ever had. You know that something's not right, if over 60% of the class gets a D or worse on so many tests. And this was a curriculum 1 class.
Ms. Cremin is totally underrated! she really knows her stuff and wants everybody to! if you go to her after class she is sure to help you out and go over everything with you until you completely under
This woman is brilliant. I had her for AP Spanish and she prepared you so well for the exam. She was a very hard teacher, in fact, she's the most difficult teacher I've ever had. You will learn a lot!
she was a good teacher very easy. well i had her for spanish 1 so i dont kno yet. ppl say that she is hard when u get up to year 3 cause all she does is speak spanish all the time
Not only an extremely understanding person but also a fantastic teacher. I learned so much while I was in her class. Its impossible to describe the positives in 180 characters
Ms. Cremin is a remarkably intelligent, astute, dedicated, obnoxious, cynical, and sometimes even cruel teacher. I often left he class confused as to weather I loved or hated her.
Very nice woman. Hard, likes to challenge students, but dedicated and eventually kind.
She is the worst teacher i have ever had, she is the reason that i stopped taking spanish. If you get her, DROP THAT CLASS IMMEADIETLY
although her class is quite strict and challenging ms cremin is one of the coolest cats around, shes passionate and enthusiastic, i love her.
I had her years ago, '95-'96, and she was geeky but FUN, intelligent, dedicated. Only those who didn't want to do any work hated her.
this woman made me stop taking spanish classes. thank god i have a good spanish teacher in college, otherwise i would have quit the language.
very good teacher. if you do all your work, everything would be fine.
SHE IS SOO NICE and FUN...but as a teacher she is very hard and demands alot out of her curc.1 students.
Tough teacher, wonderful person. Extremely considerate and kind.
Ms. Cremin is really nice and a good teacher, but her tests are terribly hard and she likes never gives them back. As a person, I like her alot.
I cant stand her. She ruined spanish for me completely
