My two previous Spanish teachers would at least speak some English sometimes to help clarify what they said in Spanish. Mrs. Stepanik, not so much. She speaks Spanish 95% of the time and that drives me crazy. If you don't know the question she asked in Spanish and you go to ask her in English what she said, she'll yell at u for not asking her what she said in Spanish. Also, her room is right by the locker rooms and boiler rooms which her room VERY hot. There's also no air conditioning.
She's alright, expects us to know a lot more froknspanish 1 than we do, her room is literally an oven, rip anyone that has to go in there
I had her years ago for 2 years and I'm afraid to say I didn't take advantage of the opportunity I had with her being my teacher. She was personable with us but knew when to be firm and crack down. Kids learn everything you can from this great teacher, if I could go back 10 years I would tell myself the same thing.
really hard speaking grader; span. II is so diff from I. and there is no effort to make it easier for us, so i always feel unprepared for class... not fun
my first year taking spanish, so i'm stuck in spanish 1, she just truely gets frusterated with all the spanish 1 students who are taking it a 2nd time, they don't behave. she needs to calm down, doesn't grade speaking well
Not a good teacher, sometimes nice. If you ever do anything that she doesn't like, she hates you for the rest of the year. I truly feel sorry for her Spanish 1 students who are getting a horrible impression of a good language
I think she can be really hard at times but she teaches you what you need to learn and if you need help she is there for you, i know this 1st hand. I think she is a good teacher.
she may be a little moody sometimes, but i think she's a great teacher. i learned the material easy, and she's very clear. i like the seating arrangement she put us in, too :)
She's a lot better than other Spanish teachers, and i learned a lot
She does not stop trying to play sharades with you and gets mad over nothing!
