Dr. Dosch is an amazing teacher in all ways. He has both a strong enthusiasm in all the classes he teaches, but truly has mastered a teaching style that allows him to transform any student into a biology enthusiast and active learner. He is an extremely rare type of teacher and an extremely valued asset in any institution.

Hes probably the most life changing teacher I've ever had. He cares so much and his class honestly is probably the most interesting I've had. Try to go talk to him in the bio office, it makes things a lot easier and though his tests are really hard they are more based in understanding which may be difficult but it's gonna teach you the material better than just memorization. He cares about understanding. Hands-Down best teacher I've ever had.

I stopped to do this review simply because I was so surprised that Don didn't have five stars. He is arguably the best teacher I have ever had. I mean, I would never make the mistake of calling him easy, but if you do the optional writing assignments he gives, you will never find his class difficult. Don forces you to learn. He won't let you fail, but if you're not doing well he'll just make you learn everything that much better.

I thought that Don's class wasn't overly challenging, but I also appreciate the fact that he doesn't JUST grade students based on the scores they are able to earn on paper. Instead, he assesses the student as a whole as far as eagerness to learn, dedication, and test scores which I feel is the closest you can get to being accurate when it comes to assessing a student's capability to succeed in a class. In my case, Microbiology and Disease. The class for me in the end was very rewarding.

Honestly, I don't like Don that much. He expects students to put his class first, overloads everybody... If everyone does poorly in a class, then maybe there's a problem with the teaching...

i agree with the person who says that he is more cut out for being a comedian than a teacher. ive just been in his class for a month but he is really unclear and when you go for help he will just tell you something irrelevent. Hes funny but that kinda gets annoying after a while.

Don is awesome. I think I learned more because we had to figure it out for ourselves. The tests were really painful though, but if you went in to his office, usually he'd help you out.

He's nice and funny, until you get on his bad side--then he will yell and lecture and "go on a walk." It's weird sitting there waiting for your angry teacher to return. Tests are VERY hard.
