ms wideman instilled in me a love for the spanish language. she is a wonderful teacher and ready to help at any cost. you will absolutely love her....
Mrs. Wideman is the most self-righteous human being that I have ever come into contact with. Her way is always the right way, even when she’s wrong. Because she is ultra-opinionated and utterly closed-minded, her teaching is very one-sided and lacking. Her class is boring and repetitive and you have to waste energy studying for pop-quizzes that may or may not exist. She thinks that her honors class is just as important as APs. Newsflash, Mrs. Wideman: it’s not.
Dude Donna is awesome. Take her class no matter the cost.
Though Donna is a wonderfully apt teacher at Spanish, and you will come out her class knowing the language, she is incredibly biased, condescending, and at times ignorant of other people's situations/viewpoints. I had psychology in her classroom, and the amount of self-righteous editorials she interjected during lecture was RIDICULOUS. But yeah, take her for Spanish. Avoid her at all costs outside of it.
She was a pretty good teacher, but boy she was more than a little insane. WAAAAY too strict, holds grudges, made a friend of mine's life miserable. Step lightly around this one.
extremely clear with what she wants. don't expect "curves". She knows her stuff and really can teach. hard tests, but prepares you to pass AP exam/college placement test. excellent teacher!
Mrs. Wideman can be hard at times especially on her tests. She doesn't seem to teach some things in Spanish fully and it leaves you wondering "How do you do this?"
I love Mrs. Wideman. She's an awesome teacher and you all are lame.
