I am grateful for the absolute devotion Mrs. Shapiro had on my journey in mastering the English language. Not a day goes by where someone does not compliment my ability to communicate complex messages in a clear, concise and dynamic way. The exercise of writing and rewriting papers, placing papers in the mailbox before 9PM (pre-email era), and otherwise perfecting writing, refining and time management skills allowed me to become a successful business executive. Thank you, Mrs. Shapiro!
Dishonest - fake, will use students to further personal objectives
awful. absolutely awful. if its not her idea, then you will recieve a bad grade. She should have retired a long time ago.
As I recall it, Ms. Shapiro was a great teacher back in the 70s too. I learned much from her and all of the English teachers @ THS. - C. Anderson, Class of '77
