Comments about Dr. Frangos shouldn't even appear here as she is now an asst supt. and no longer a teacher. That said, not only is she a highly experienced and effective teacher of English, she worked with English teachers across Massachusetts in 46 high schools as the English Content Director for the MA Math/Science Institute. She worked diligently to change the AP enrollment for many students who would not have been in AP classes and prepared AP teachers to assist students to succeed.
Elise is a wonderful colleague and administrator. She is always available to answer my questions, provide guidance and send me in the right direction. She is understanding and has high expectations of my work, which I appreciate. I enjoy collaborating with her for PD because of her extensive knowledge.
In the few years I had the pleasure of working with Elise, I grew to admire the wonderful, knowledgeable, leader and friend that she was. She was genuine and devoted to students and staff that she led. Elise leads by example and infectious enthusiasm. She helped me come into my own with Technology Coaching and Coursework, which would never have been possible without her encouragement, guidance, support, and vision.
