A very knowledgeable teacher. In all honesty, from my past experiences, it is easy to not pay attention in her class because her voice is very monotonous. I screwed up by not paying attention and had to catch up on a lot of work the last 2 semesters. When the finals came by, it completely devastated me. She might be dull and boring when she's lecturing but all you have to do is listen and take notes. Do those things and you're set, I promise.

Brilliant woman, truly one of the most intelligent teachers at the school. Kooky? Yeah. Boring? Frequently. But do the work, pay attention as much as you can, and you'll be fine. Grades homework, frequent quizzes.

Pretty kooky. Has wild untamable hair and drinks from a bottle in a bag that says "oh nuts". Once she brought a raw egg for lunch. Often wears pants that are so baggy they look like dresses. Loves overalls and rolls eyes a lot. Pretty wild teacher.

Pretty cool teacher. She's very lenient, but don't go too far, as she is just doing her job as a teacher if you are punished. Her quizzes and tests are actually quite hard but I like her teaching style, and look forward to her class after a stressful day, or have a good morning to start off the day. She is definitely one of the more intelligent teachers, knowing literally everything off the top of her head, which makes me think she definitely enjoys her job. If I were to recommend her, I would.

Dr. Forman is one of the most intelligent teachers at BLS. She genuinely cares about what she teaches and goes out of her way to make sure students are doing well in her class, and offers many different types of extra credit. A little effort goes a long way in her class, so if you pay attention during her lectures and do all of your work, you are sure to do extremely well in her class!

Dr. Forman is BY FAR the smartest teacher I have. She knows the stuff she's teaching. A lot of the students in my class find her funny, but she's just a little awkward. To do well in her class- do the extra credit. Even on normal assignments she will give you extra points if she sees you did specific research to do the worksheets. If you don't do the homework she will not feel sympathy for you, so stay on her good side. Overall she's an amazing teacher and actually cares about history

Dr. Forman is easily the most intelligent and inspiring teacher at Boston Latin. Not only is she very well educated in fields besides history, with fluency in a variety of languages, she knows history better than the people who lived it. Some people say Dr. Forman may be a bit odd, and that she can be incoherent sometimes, but after a few weeks you will forget that. Incoming students let it be known, Dr. Forman is a blessing. Spend your time wisely, you'll thank yourself and her for it later.

she is one of those teachers that if you first saw her, you'd think she was a looney, but she's still insanelyyyyyyy smart, knows exactly what she is teaching. she does not have good "people"skills though, talkign from personal experience. i wasn't a good student in her class at all because i lacked motivation during that time and some friction happened and i eventually cried (lol) but if i actually tried in her class and listened to her and whatnot, then i would have enjoyed her class alot.

Dr.Forman is a teacher, a college professor if you ask me. She does go on tangents and spoiler alert, you might get sleepy. The exams, tests, etc. is hard but as long as you listen to the trivial information (meaning taking notes!!!), then its an easy A in her class. In my own experiences she's not bad or exceptionally good. It's just that many people are not as interested in such vast amounts of information.

Dr. Forman may be seem a little scatterbrained, but she is hard core about her subject and she's VERY knowledgable and well-spoken. She taught us her first year at bls and we kind of took advantage of her niceness. The class was so SO easy, you could choose all your terms AND the essay. I'm sure shes changed that system by now (though her jumpers are still there--how many does she have??). Dr. Forman is such a sweet woman and always easy to talk to. Listen to her lectures, theyre worth it.
