Surprisingly, her class is probably the most difficult of all my current ones. But she has definitely allowed me to understand the French language a whole lot better than in middle school. Though, as all classes, you must always do your homework, bring all your supplies to class and consistently stay on topic during the period. And you must have an interest to learn a foreign language.
She's not a bad teacher, but the class is incredibly dull unless you have some fun students to liven it up a bit. She'll help you if you need it or ask for it.
In the beginning of the year, i water to rip her face off. However, when i really buckled down and triend, I went from a "D" to an "A" in one month. I also was invited to the principal's breakfast for being most improved. Not an easy teacher, but you'll learn tons!
She isn't easy, but she is a great teacher. I learned how to speak French with her and people really understood me in France! I'm planning to major in French in college thanks to her.
I learned so much French this year. Madame Schollaert took a group of us to France. It was an amazing trip. I can't wait to go back some day!
Mme. is a great teacher. She prepared me so well for the AP exam. I have always found her very approachable and helpful whenever I've had a question. She took a group of us to France, which was a great trip.
She picks on the people who are lost to answer all of her questions - she thinks she's making them learn, but when they can't answer, she makes sarcastic comments instead of helping them. It's cruel and rude.
She pretty much ruined French for me as well. I love the language, but I can't stand her. She picks favorites and she's rude. If you ask her a question and she doesn't like you, she gives you this look of disgust.
I was gonna continue taking French all through High School but decided not to cuz of her, can't stand that class. Treats every question likes it stupid and you should somehow know the answer, overly critical on small mistakes
I had Madame for a year and I'm gonna have to have her again this year.I don't think I can take another year of her.She makes you feel like the stupidest person ever.If you ask her a question she gets mad at you. I hate her!
I cannot believe a foreign lang. teacher can be so cold hearted. I'm timid about speaking in class and when i'm having trouble she doesn't bother helping me.just stares me down
I really don't like Madame, she is quite mean with some people, she thinks her french is pretty good( and it's not), doesn't help you at all if you don't know something, she gets mad if someone help you, and she just knows what's in the french books( you can ask her everything that's not in her french books and she's not gonna have any idea), she should be already retired.
She doesn't even know how to teach French and that the students don't like her at all, she thinks that she is good, but she is definitely not
I would sell a kidney and lung to see her in a face off with Grimes for worst teacher ever.
She runs a strict class which I respect BUTshe teaches only to the kids that understand so everybody else is lost and makes sarcastic remarks instead of helping
I really like Madame... she's a good teacher and she lets us sing songs in french each week!
madame rocks!! if you're having problems, go talk to her after class! during class she can be rather intimidating, but she is so nice and helpful if you ask
worst teacher i've ever had. she ruined my motivation for the language. i love french so that says something. she laughs and picks on students.
she's strict because she cares, i guess. i've had her for 3 years and have improved so much in french. if you put in the effort, you can do well in her class. she can be nice and funny occasionally, but i don't think she ever gets downright nasty
I can speak French really well, which clearly means she knows her stuff and is doing her job well. Sometimes she lets her political views show slightly, but who doesn't?
I still don't understand a thing that's said in that class, yet I am still passing. That's alright with me I guess.
