I had her as my teacher for AP Bio and overall i didnt take much away from the class. She relies a lot on outside sources and expects us to learn most of the curriculum on our own. Assigns a lot of homework out of textbooks as our main source of knowledge. Not very engaging at all and tends to yell time to time. Gives very straight forward answeres and doesnt really answer questions to our curiosity to help us understand; only what we "need to know".
She yells a lot at the class for no apparent reason. She doesn't teach well and there is always stuff on the test that we never learned. Also, when you ask a question she doesn't answer it in a clear way. We don't really review for tests well. We basically have to do everything ourself.
SHE IS A GOOD TEACHER, SHE DOESN'T HAVE EXTRA HELP, GIVES TONS OF TESTS. WILL NOT HELP YOU BEFORE OR AFTER SCHOOL. TEACHES IN MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL- NEVER AVAILABLE.
She is a okay teacher. Her class is pretty easy but she gives a lot of tests and quizzes which are usually pretty hard.
She is probably the best chem teacher in this school and teaches you what you have to know. She inspired me to take AP Chem. Plus, she can do a handstand!
a very nice lady, she cares and will help you. i really enjoyed her teaching style.
she was a hard teacher but would do anything she could to help you aslong as you showed you care
i thnk we ruled this class...she wasnt a great teacher but she was sorta fun and let us do whatever. basically gave up on us towards spring. Found her tough to follow though
Mrs. Hempel is a good teacher. Not great or bad, just good. She is very easy to talk too. Plus, she could do handstands in class!
