The reincarnated combination of John C. Calhoun, Daniel Webster, Andrew Jackson, TR, Ben Franklin, and all similarly boss individuals of US History. Fr. Ronald is infallible when it comes to history. He is also immortal.
He knows quite possibly everything about history and takes it to a whole new level of understanding. He teaches you why something occured in history, not simply what. The "what" is the outcome of the victor, but the "why" is a culmination of the whole history. He is not impossibly hard, just read and review your notes. If you seek his help after class, he will talk for hours trying to help you with the simplest problems.
I wouldn't say he's very kind or anything, but he does care about his students. You do get a thorough grounding in the material. AND HIS TESTS ARE NOT THAT HARD IF YOU STUDY WELL! However, most of all, taking his class is a crucial part of the Bellarmine experience.
Scares everyone in my grade (class of 2009). knows his stuff though, really amazing teacher, just really intimidating and shows a lack of respect for students.
Will People Lay off of Clemo? He's tough, but he's a good teacher and I learned far more in his class than any other class ever.
Ronald is overly competent in regard to subject matter, clarity, and teaching capability. Moreover, he has an amazing sense of humor to accompany his hilarious jokes.
h doesn't seem to care aboutstudents as people; he's often late to class, over reactive, un clear about instructions. He's also intimidating and his way always goes.
Clemo is a good guy, although taking his class first period is like having a mental ulcer. Say what you want about his persona, but I got a B- both semesters and got a 5 on the AP.
Can be bad-tempered and insensitive. But he can also be funny. He isn't THAT hard, but somewhat monotonous. Overall, not as bad as he's made out to be.
Actually a pretty nice guy if you get to know him. Class is just hard in general. He'll make you study.
Padre, you were great in your day! Buth the 70's are over. Time to go hang it up down at LMU with Shane Martain and the gang. Great ride but it's over. LVU
Fr. "Droopy" is a tough one, but he is very thorough in his teaching. You'd better read your Hofstadter!!!
