If you think this man can't teach, you must be incompetent. Mr. Hronek is a very knowledgeable and helpful math teacher. He does act somewhat mean sometimes but will still help anyways.
Cool guy. Goes beyond the book stuff. All types of assignments not same stuff.
LOL at some of these rants. He gave us plenty of time to complete the work. He also gave us extra credit to boost grades. Some teachers never do that. He even gave me points for bringing my book to class. How ez is that?
Be prepared to watch a ton of movies. His projects are annoying too, so be prepared for that as well.
There is definitely something wrong with the way he approaches teaching in that no one kid has the right answer and whenever you try to question his reasoning you are met with a worse grade and then after he doesn't just do what he can to give you a worse grade he goes out of his way to make sure you exam scores become a B so an easy A for any average student becomes a struggle the reach the borderline gradeand you feel like you get dumber over the course of 9 months of learning nothing.
Hands down the worst teacher Ive ever had. The only reason his class is difficult is because he consistently fails to give instruction and when he does they make no sense. Never knows what hes talking about and seems to have trouble forming full sentences most days. Rude, gives no effort, constantly makes mistakes, singles kids out, and rarely gives lessons. Most days we watch irrelevant movies. We just finished War Games and had questions about it on our test. History is my favorite subject too
Tons of ways to improve your grade. Just do your work and you'll get an A or B. Like his weird trivia.
From what I know, he uses many types of lessons to engage students. Some may like one way, some may like another way. That's how it is in College and life...when you're stuck in one way. At least students get a variety, which is good. My son never complained - which is rare.
Communicate skills are excellent if I ever had a question. Goes the extra mile to help.
Thought he was pretty cool. Knows his stuff. Like his projects.
Teaches in a variety of ways - which keeps you on your toes. Gives enough extra credit to boost your grade. Updates grades quickly so I always knew where I stood.
well other than his classroom being freezing, he was a pretty fair teacher. He definitely plays favorites though. I understood him pretty clearly.. he always explained it in a relatable way. He actually cares about students grades, sometimes too much. I had an 85 and he said that i could do better. He just really wants his students to do well and succeed. Juts bring a jacket to his class
first off, impression is everything, he will remember you the whole year for what you give off.... secondly his grading can be harsh from what he thinks of you(he confronted me as slacker, and marked down my quiz for not putting date), if your an athlete, you will be his pet and do well.... and lastly, he can sometimes make the class interesting, but its mostly boring.... and as you can see from my paragraph i did not pick up many skills from his English class.
He seems intimidated by some students. They can talk back and yell at him, and he'll make an empty threat then walk away. But if you're the type to not stand up to teachers, he'll walk all over you. Its pretty rediculous.
Great Teacher... Likes to have some fun during class time
he is just okay. he loves jocks. if you are anybody else you are invisible to him. dont get on his bad side or the class will become not very fun.
