She knows the material very well, but I find that sometimes her explanations can be confusing. Reading the textbook is a must to fully understand concepts.
extremely difficult to understand because English is not her first language. regular consistent homework. likes to make jokes and means well. can make you feel dumb and gets mad at little things students do. listen carefully to instructions and do all your work and she is a good teacher
She is really funny and nice. She gives lots of opportunities for make up and extra credit. Her class isn't too hard
All these negative reviews are most likely ignorant freshmen that have a issue with her accent. I passed that class and failed like nearly every test. Students go out of their way to piss her off, mostly because she's Indian. But the works not that hard and really isn't that much.
She's actually not as bad as people say she is. Her class will be very very hard during the year but she's very flexible on late work. She even lets you turn in ALL your missing worksheets/homework and even make up ALL tests/quizzes before grades are due. I had a C throughout the year but I was able to bring it up to an A a week before report cards are due because she's very strict about grades. She'll nag you to turn it in until you're sick of hearing it. No other teachers is that flexible.
She is probably the nicest teacher I have ever had and I will truly miss her. Although physics is not my favorite subject, she made the class enjoyable for me. She was always willing to help :)
she is the worst teacher i ve ever had when i raise my hand to ask i question she yells at me
