Terrible teacher. She should not be paid OR offered retirement. I have learned nothing, at all. She makes us use some sort of online learning tool called "Emath Instruction" which would be fine if we were taught anything. Terrible teacher, and I hope that I pass regents with her terrible teaching skills.

she is really smart and is funny sometimes and she gives a lot of extra credit but her tests are extremely hard and she calls students out for not knowing answers right away. you have to get on her good side. she will say "are you smarter than a 5th grader" a lot... she will also say "are you an 8th grade graduate" a lot.

This teacher just cracks me up, aside from that she likes picking on people she thinks are off track and don't pay attention most often. Little advise, if you have her A Band never come late to her class.

She is somewhat of a strict teacher. She expects you to know everything off the top of your head. When I asked a question to clarify what I'm supposed to write, she starts a countdown and tells me to go back to my seat. All I wanted was just to clarify so i don't make a fool out of myself. Her tests weren't that difficult. However, her attitude and the way she speaks to her students need to change. The homework is minimal and she doesn't really teach so well.

alot of people found her mean, but in order to pass her class all you need to do is go to tutoring at least 1 time a week during your opta, she tought everything that was on the algebra regents and i excelled in algebra because of her. she also treats the class. over all she was a good teacher

This teacher is very mean, she's very hard on the students and yells at the kids that don't participate/don't understand. And when someone gets a question wrong she refers to the students as 5th grade graduates or 8th grade graduates, in a questionable form, for i.e "Where are my 5th grade graduates?!" I'm very tired of my daughter coming home and stressing out over her homework or something she doesn't understand, and the way she talks to her student. I'm afraid to say something to her.

I am too thrilled to finally be out of her class. Awful teacher. I've had some teachers that are very strict and occasionally unfair, but in the end I'd learned a lot from them. The same can't be said for Ms. Goebel. Not only is she way too harsh, not only does she eat in class, but I honestly never had time to fully grasp all of the topics; she would hardly spend any time on each new topic. I got an E in her class, but if you asked me what I learned in her class, I'd say that she likes to eat.

There are so many things to say about Mrs.Goebal i dont even know where to begin. She teaches a new topic EVERY day, its very hard to keep up and her tests are really hard. Over all she isnt the worst teacher, but she is so mean its not even funny. I am a really quite person, but she yells at me all the time for no reason! I dont even do anything, nothing is good enough for this lady. she yells at everyone and to be honest everyone hates her. I guess you just have to try ur best and grin and bare it in her

guys, listen. ms goebal really isnt a terrible teacher. shes actually a really GOOD teacher. she explains things & (as the person before me said) explains common errors to avoid. she tells you exactly what will be on her tests & doesn't go crazy with homework. she just nags a lot but you know..students need that. if you do all your work & do good on tests, you will be on her good side. really, she isnt that bad. ive had her for 3 cycles in a row, so i would know.

I don't like her at the beginning of the cycle, and still don't now. She actually teaches okay, but it's just she makes everything complicated. She made everything sort of complicated. The thing I hate is that she wants everything to go her way, and if it's not, then you have to change it to her way. I really, really hate it when she keeps us after the bell. Also, I don't think she treats everyone the same. Some students, she would treat them especially good, and some, she treats them horribly. =/
