Awsume teacher i need to say that i feel so sorry for the kids who aren't going to get him next year. I've never done so well in English before. YOU ROCK MR. LAVIN!
he is def. one of my fav. teachers ever. he is an amazing writer and he appreciates good writing. although he gets side-tracked, i usually learn a thing or two from it
One of the greatest teachers ever. The next generations will suffer when he retires. Don't complain about him getting off topic - pay attention when he gets off topic and you'll learn all sorts of weird things.
he's very confusing since he always gets off topic, but he loves to teach. although, in my class, he didn't teach much, cause we always gave him a hard time and got him sidetracked. great guy.
The typical tough but fair teacher. I didn't like English, but he made it enjoyable and worth paying attention. Helped get me into Hemingway, among others.
Fun guy. Easy classes, for the most part. Goes off on tangents a lot, so pay attention.
Probably the best teacher they have to teach creative writing since he is just so out there.
He is so hard to understand, since he can never stay on topic. He is constantly going off on tangents and such. Rarely do we get any work done.
Mr. Lavin was the best teacher I ever had. I learned more in his lit class than any other. He has great passion for teaching and helps you out when you need.
Medium-type teacher. Hilarious, and down to earth. Can't seem to keep track of many things though.
Far too concerned about what his "talented" children are doing then what his students may be trying to do.
I've never had one of his classes, only know him through lights. He is the man and I wish he still did the musicals
This guy was the first director of my school play. Even though I don't take his class, I still think he's awsome.
Mr. Lavin was my favorite teacher at MK! He is the reason I am chosing Theater as a profession!
