She is very fair, very knowledgeable, very clear and precise at explaining complex topics, and goes way above and beyond to reach out to her students to get to known them on a personal level. AMAZING.
I was in Mrs. Beck's last Analysis class after some godly amount of years teaching (she is retiring) and I would like to say she is extremely helpful and enthusiastic. It will be with great sadness that I see her leave
I'm taking a fairly hard class so probably not that easy but she's a really great teacher and a really great person.
Very smart, fair, and enthusiastic. The perfect teacher to be introduced calculus by.
Ms. Beck is a great teacher, obviously (and sometimes overly) enthusiastic about math, and dedicated to helping her students learn.
A good teacher, and is nice and helpful to you if you are nice to her, but her grading can be annoying.. you have to write the answer how SHE wants it, even though another way may be just as sound.
SOO NICE! Very helpful, supportive, fun, understanding, enthusiasm for calc is apparent. Teaching style is very straigtforward, good lectures/notes.
She loves math and loves cheesy jokes. Can have a double std with recs for AB calc depending on what grade you're in. Be nice to her and she'll be nice to you.
she's a great teacher. professional in her work but isn't afraid of cracking a (cheesy) joke once in awhile. get on her good side though.
Mrs. Beck is the best teacher I ever had! She made it all interesting and I can still remember things she taught more than 10 years later. She is kind and caring as well as being an excellent instructor.
Mrs. Beck was the best math teacher I EVER had - by far!
I graduated from Gunn almost ten years ago and Mrs. Beck was my favorite teacher
Mrs. Beck took a subject that was like greek and turned it into Shakespeare.
