VERY Punctual. Uses every minute in the period.
The best teacher I have ever had. It is hard in the beginning because you aren't used to speaking French so much, but if you stick it out you get so much better. She is an amazing teacher- you don't just memorize things, you actually learn them. She is fun too. Frequent quizzes, but only 4-5 tests a year. Enjoyed her class, I wish I had her this year.
I've only had Madame Haff for the last two marking periods so far, but I must say that she is my favourite teacher that I've ever had, in any class, in any grade. She is my all-time favourite human being in that school. She is EXTREMELY efficient, and often gives back our tests the day after we take them, and always approaches the class with a perky, up-beat attitude. She is an interesting person, and very understanding when trying to converse with her in french. Best. Teacher. Ever.
The year starts out a little hard when she is speaking french to you when you havent spoken it all summer. But after that, things got alot better for me. I am more fluent in french, and i can have some conversation with others in french. A great teacher, and I really am looking forward to the res
I had Ms. Haff this year and I really liked her. The class was super easy for me, but the people who weren't good at languages and didn't put in the time did very poorly.
The best most dedicated French teacher I ever had. She is the reason why I am almost fluent in French. Merci beaucoup Mlle Haff
I had her last year for honors.Yes, she's anorexic, and somewhat odd, but overall she is a really great teacher.Helps out a lot, grades tough enough to encourage you,and understands we have other work
she was an amazing teacher and was the only one of my teachers who was always careful not to give out too much work. her class was easy and i had a great time and learned so much (:
shes nice and anorexic, but she gives way too much work. but she does hand back everything after like 2 minutes.
this teacher is really good. she is very organized and an extremely fast grader. she will have test grades the day after you take it. she made me love french this year.
Personally, I think she speaks french with an american accent...slightly. or maybe im just used to my british-accented french teacher from last year. i dont know...but she's a great teacher.
I agree with the person below that she can be nitpicky, but she's a GREAT teacher. Grades quickly and her teaching is always well planned out and organized. If you get to know her she's a nice person.
She's an awful teacher to have; she's paranoid and seem to hate when she gives out 100s. She is very nitpicky.
i had her for study hall. it sucked. if you don't do anything, she tells you to do something for her.
She's an overall good teacher, very helpful when you ask, she's a very quick grader - next day with practically everything! It's always nice to talk in early in the morning and see the 150/150 paper on your desk from the day before. She can be annoying, but if you get to know her a bit she's fine.
she is the best teacher EVER. but she is a little skinny, but looks shouldnt matter anyways, the point is, she is an amazing teacher and taught me the french language so well!
i didn't really like her at the beginning of the year, but she is really nice. she is also helpful and knows what she is doing
The problem is that she doesn't explain the material thoroughly enough, and focuses too much on writing rather than speaking and reading, which are most vital.
you may not realize it at the moment, but she teaches really well. i still remember stuff she taught me three years ago.
Mlle Haff is such a great teacher! She made french fun and interesting. She is very enthusiastic and is so caring! She is the best!-Partay!
She gives out way way way tooooo much work, seriously we have like atleast 2 quizzes a week, and she just never takes it easy on us, we r tired u know!
Her French is so terrible that the 1999-2000 French exchange kids had trouble understanding her. She actually taught me several things I ended up having to relearn in later French classes.
