I love Sra. Frazier!
Senora Frazier is the best. I learn a ton in her class. I can speak much more fluently than 8th grade.
A lot of busy work but you learn a ton without realizing it... she actually wants to help you, tests almost every day, but overall she is a good teacher it's just a hard class
Students don't realize how much Spanish they learn after having Sra.Frazier. She does have lots of quizzes and test, but if you pay attention in class and study for a minimum of 20 minutes its easy to pass the class with a B+ or higher. Although she is weirdly obsessive/strict about "las carpetas". After having Srta.Steketee you will appreciate that her class is easy to pass with some effort.
don't know why everyone is hating on her... miss her so much after having steketee. i love jenny shes hilarious and walks around like a penguin and i actually learned a lot of spanish without realizing it. yeah there are tests like every other day, but they aren't hard and require like ten minutes of studying. she rocks.
She always told us to never cram for anything, but that was all she did was force us to cram! She never taught us anything we had to learn ourselves through a TEST every other day and homework every night. She is self absorbed and during FINAL EXAMS she said to only focus on Spanish! After her class I'm never taking Spanish again, I have just lost all passion for it. But at least shes there at lunch on YOUR time to help rather than in class. Best of luck to any poor souls who take her class.
Frazier was by far the worst teacher I had freshman year. Her class was either busywork or complete confusion on things that she spent around 10 minutes on. She is completely self-absorbed and puts down students for getting one little answer wrong. Her tests are also very irrelevant to what we learn in class. Before every quiz/test she would try and teach us something new, so we were always confused once we got to the test. Frazier and her class motivated me to quit Spanish. Awful teacher!
She's freaking nuts. she frequently calls out students for getting more then "menos dos" she is very self obsessed and always talks about her awards that aren't even legit. She enters herself in almost all of them. She also only gives off busy work and goes through it very fast, not giving us time to even process it. I would have learned more teaching myself. She has very little respect for her students and at times even other teachers. Her goal isn't to help us it's to make herself look good.
This lady is crazy! She gets into your personal life and makes you feel very uncomfortable! She is very partial to certain students and if she doesnt like you, then you are all of a sudden stupid in her eyes
All she cares about is herself. Not only does she have a really proud complex, but she makes everything into a stupid competition that she always has to win. She HAS to be the best at everything.
Simply the worst teacher I've ever had. Shows an alaming disrespect for any work not directly tied to the AP test. Incredibly boring and doesn't even want to be a teacher. I've learned more from subs.
Very partial to certain students. She attacks you on a personal level and attacks your personal life (i.e. what time you go to bed, what you eat ect.) makes you feel uncomfortable!
tests are ridiculously hard in comparison to the daily work schedule... what's the deal with that?
Somewhat condesending... i found it difficult to learn due to the lack of respect she has for students. She feels everything is an attack on her when its not
We go through stuff way to quickly, yet the class goes by so slow!
She's passive-aggressive. She knows her stuff, but packs so much into one class hour that it is difficult to remember just what subject we're on.
Somedays happy, somedays not...I wish I had time to learn the AP material rather than just doing it fast because there is sooo much of it.
One of the more condescending teachers I've had. Discouraged me from taking Spanish AP. I got a 4 and therefore 15 college credits no thanks to her.
